The UPS Store

It such a busy season for UPS. I visited the store the store today, there were multiple employees helping customers and making business efficient. All employees were friendly and kind! I know that can be difficult during this busy season.

Update on another visit, switch to five stars. Andrew Frisbee was very polite and attentive. He greeted me and was very nice. Much much better than my last visit.

My goodness. Not even a good morning . Hi or anything . I said thank you and person responded with a Uuhh.

I don't use shipping services often but I had to ship out three separate collections of items to different people. The associate Andrew Frisbee assisted me and was very helpful and pleasant to to work with.

Always good service. Rarely do you have to wait more than a minute. Do call ahead if you need a notary.

I am not a business owner, so my business at UPS is always of a personal nature, including the return of Amazon purchases, a return which seems not to have gone well with some people making comments here. Today, all I needed was a notary. I had never read these reviews before and I am surprised by them. I have always found the staff to be helpful and professional, bringing excellent service to any customers in the store at the same time I have been there.

I use this location regularly and I've always had a great experience. Returns, shipping, using the computer and printing, faxing. I've done it all and I've never had an issue. I've always received great customer service and help when needed.

I always find Anid very helpful.
I was returning Amazon purchased items for the first time. Amazon can be very confusing with their 3 Options of returns and I incorrectly selected one of my returns needing to be in a box.
He was very helpful and understanding and extremely patient. I have never had bad service at this UPS store location. He has helped me several times through the years and never has made me feel foolish.
I would give them five stars for each visit… Would equal to at least 100 stars

It was super busy but the line went quickly.

I love this store and the employees so much! Everyone is always so helpful and kind. I have had a P.O. Box at this store for about 2 years and I’m in all the time to pick up packages. It has always been a great experience!

Yesterday was my 3rd trip to this location. Once, it was closed & the 2nd time, the gentleman tried to help me but couldn't, the 3rd time, Nathan/Nate was awesome!! I am so inexperienced with things like that but he was quick, friendly & went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get my package shipped out correctly & on time. I have worked in Customer Service for many yrs & not everyone is cut out for it & that's ok! But Nate, he's one of those that are just good at what they do. Thanks Nate!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We urgently needed a document notarized. Fatima was very thorough, quick, and friendly. As an added bonus, we learned she works at our brokerage, VPR, also!

Very nice people! I didn’t have a box for an item that i was sending and instead of charging me for a box he willingly gave me a box for free. Very very nice. I send a lot of my Etsy stuff here and I’ve never had an issue. Very pleased.

Best service ever! Andrew is on point with is task and gave me the fastest service I could give! Would recommend this place and the employee again.

Visited this location to return my Xfinity equipment. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about Xfinity's return process. All I had to do was drop it off and they took care of the rest! Great customer service!

The staff at 2095 Hwy 211 NW, Suite 2-F, Braselton has been the most friendly and provided very competent service that I have experienced over the years.

Very helpful and good customer service, I come here at least twice a week and I’ve never had an issue with my packages or documents.
