This location is nice! They made getting me a new watch and a upgrade so easy. It was a breath of fresh air. Come here for your At&t needs they got you!

Went in because my phone said sos and wouldn't work it took them all of 2 min to have it fixed thought I was gonna be there forever but this staff is very knowledgeable!

I broke my phone on a Sunday and have to be reachable for my staff. We use FirstNet and have to go to a Corporate store. Luckily this location is such a store. The poor sales associate spent 3 hours with me getting my phone swapped over. Great customer service any time I need something.

The gentlemen at the store, Malcolm and Ahmad were GREAT! Super friendly, very patiently with our large family and energetic children! Got our service switched and all of our phones (5) done in about 2.5 hrs which is impressive. We will definitely continue to use this store! They were a great help and so kind and we really appreciate them!

Mario Rodriquez is amazing he helped me work through trading in my iPhone 10 XSMax to a iPhone 14 pro max I was originality going to trade to a iPhone 13 Pro Max. He was able to work a better situation to be able to upgrade to a 14 rather than a 13 which was VERY amazing. He also helped my daughter figure out what international calling/texting plan for her 3 month study abroad in London and Italy. He has the best personality and the most intuitive way to solve all the situations that are presented to him in his very busy high maintenance customer service location.

Stopped at the store today to get help putting a work line and a personal line onto one phone device. While originally the guy helping said it wouldn’t work he was able to process this appropriately and now have personal line on an E-sim and work number on physical SIM. Working perfectly.
They were very helpful at the store and not even selling me on anything. Will definitely use this store for future AT&T needs

We received excellent service at this location! Ahmad worked hard to get our new phone set up, transfer old one, and solved other problems. He and Malcolm were very knowledgeable and helpful! It was so appreciated because we’ve received horrible service at the corporate ATT location in Buford…several times! We will always go this location from now on!

Manager Vanessa was very helpful with helping make changes I needed for my family. The store was very clean. I was greeted quickly with a smile and had no wait to be helped. I have come to this store before and i do drive past two other locations to come here. I know the staff is knowledgeable and not going to waste my time. A+

I went in this store to get my son a new phone for Christmas. My experience getting the phone was so great and not painful unlike other stores. I even got me a new phone because they mentioned the iPhones were BOGO on that day. The two guy were so patient setting up my phone and making sure everything was right before me leaving. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to that store. They definitely know what they are doing and are awesome with customer service.

Vanessa and Mario were so great. They made us feel at home and welcome and were super patient with us and all the questions we had. We definitely feel like we made the right choice in buying out phones at this location.

This store is great to visit, you never have a wait. I’ve been doing business here over 2 years and the associates are always helpful. The manager and Mario are so nice, and even though they get stuck with a lot of questions and tech support they are always very patient with us old folks! It’s the only store I’ll go to!!

Mario is absolutely amazing! He was friendly and knowledgeable through the whole process of getting my Mom a new phone. I would definitely recommend asking for him when you go here.

This at&t store is renewed to a friendly place from the moment u walk through the door. All of the staff are willing to take their time with u. U are the one with the floor to coin a phrase
See the manager, vanessa. Mario and Jake are the "bomb" as well.....even if they have to give you, well maybe not news that u wanna here....they put a twist on it that is still very friendly. Only thing missing is coffee!

Just got a new phone with Brie! She was very knowledgeable and made sure everything went smoothly. I was switching from apple to Samsung and she made sure that no question was left unanswered! What a pleasure! I will be ack and definitely will ask for Brie!

Mario was super helpful and was the best customer service I have received at an AT&T store!! He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Mario and Vanessa were GREAT!! ATT 800 said I could go to any store to port a phone number from Vz..well ATT 800 told me that Incorrectly. Only a corporate ATT can. But we finally got it ported by calling corp. Mario transferred all my data..pics..numbers..Eric from my old phone to the new phone. He was FABULOUS AND VANESSA WAS A WONDERFUL!!. I highly recommend this ATT store to everyone!!!
