Harbor Freight Tools

I love going to Harbor Freight! I can get more of what I need and not break the bank. The service was quick and friendly. I was in the market for gift cards on this visit and they were very convenient at the checkout counter. It made for a quick visit which I was thankful for.

I was there on 11/28/23. There was a line at check out, as we were all waiting a customer started preaching about God and freedom. He was being extremely loud and disrespectful, the staff handled it with professionalism and grace. It's a shame grown adults act like children in public but the team at harbor freight handled it with ease. On top of that i had just come from home depot and the level of customer service I received here blew them away. Great store and a great team!

If you love tools like me it's great. Some may be cheap and not the best but they can be good for back ups or modifiable tools or ones you can beat on with out worrying about scratching or something. Plus they warranty there stuff extremely well. Any issue with it they swap out for new. They also have higher end tools to compete with the tool trucks like icon brand. So it hits everyone's wants and budgets.

I could easily spend hours in any harbor freight store. Most of the products are of high quality and prices that can’t be beat anywhere except, perhaps, by Northern tool. The staff is always friendly and helpful and will readily help you load purchases into your truck or car. Parking is usually good except that it can’t be tight on weekends, especially on tent sale weekends.

Love this store and the people that work there. The store is always well organized and clean. Not many places are doing that nowadays. The tools are what I need doing my things around the house. Check 'em out!

We went looking for a welder table.We found one the perfect size for $45. This place has reasonable prices.

I had an absolute blast during my first visit to this place. Although it's smaller than Lowe's and Home Depot, they still have a great selection of goods. I was lucky enough to find the item I needed on sale, which made me very happy, so I ended up buying a lot. The cashier was incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole experience even better.

Every time I step into Harbor Freight, my wallet mysteriously opens itself—it must be the tool fairy at work! The store boasts jaw-dropping deals and a selection so vast, I've found tools I didn't even know I needed (but obviously did). Conveniently located, it's a wonderland for tool aficionados; just be warned, it's easy to get lost in the endless aisles of unique finds!

Very clean and organized, well stocked, good customer service, plenty of parking spaces, and much better place for customers to find them and get in.

Good selection of tools at reasonable prices, recently moved about a quarter mile east to a new building, very nice. Not happy about everything being packaged in bullet proof plastic, there has to be a better way. I like the store, but because of this packaging issue, I don't use the store as much as I could.

Harbor freight might be my favorite store. Well, at least in the top five... I don't know what it is but I love tools and this place is very cool! At half the price of one of the bigger tool stores and with much more knowledgeable and friendly staff, you will actually have a good time when you go in to get that screwdriver you're missing!

Very helpful staff and very clean store!

On vacation from Florida, needed a hitch rack for the Jeep to give the passengers (dogs) more room, didn't have any tools to assemble the rack. Staff stepped up to the plate to make sure we could use their tools that we needed to put the rack together in the parking lot. Such a great experience! We really appreciated their help, special thanks to Heidi for going above and beyond! Thank you!

Yes for years Robert runs a crew with great knowledge. Always a pleasure to shop there until Covid came. A few dedicated ones left like Heidi. The rest will ignore you on hold for 30 Minutes and not answer the phone calling back. Why? It is too complicated to give the person an SKU# to check inventory or reserve it under your name. Had done it living 20 miles away many times. Not anymore. Even Northern is 40% more expensive, they are closer and have a current up to date inventory to look at online. Schmidt in CA, it is catch-up time Sir.

Like a kid in a candy store... Yea it's harbor freight but for the handful of times I use most of the stuff each year it can't be beat! Put together a tool kit for the new 5th wheel camper this trip.

New store, clean and bright.
I went in on Christmas Eve thinking i had another hour before closing. I only had 15 minutes. Employees were very nice and helpful so I could get in and out. Made it very easy.

Super awesome place, they have all the things you need that the big boxes don't carry. Homely and inviting with great service and good prices.
