Kinsley is an excellent waitress! Her service combined with quality food made for a great experience.

We went for a late breakfast, early lunch. I had the country boy breakfast and my wife had french toast with fried apples. We were seated very quickly at a table in by the windows. There was 2 other tables that seated by us around the same time. Our server Josh, when we first saw him, I didn't think he was going to do a good job, especially with the 2 other tables. My wife, said that you can't judge a book by it's cover.
Josh really surprised me, not only did he handle all the tables with no problems, he was one of the BEST server's we've ever had. The food was great, exactly what we wanted. Every time we go to Hendersonville from now on, we'll go to Cracker Barrel because of Josh. Hopefully, he will be working that day.

This Cracker Barrel on Upward Road has amazing food. I love their Country. Style steak with gravy! Their greens are SO melt in your mouth good! But be sure you try their Double Fudge Chocolate Coca Cola Cake, but beware, it's sinfully addictive! 😋
And now I'm hungry......

We enjoyed breakfast here this morning! Not a long wait at all for a Sunday! The customer service was great! Their gift shop was neat and full of great stuff for the holidays! Our food was fresh and delicious!

Had a great lunch with a great server. Can’t go wrong with Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken! Staff in the store were friendly and so good natured.

My scrambled eggs, for the first time I can remember, were just a bit off, but ok to eat or I'd have sent them back. They were a bit scorched and not quite fully cooked on the inside, but not "runny uncooked", just softer scrambled. Hash brown casserole was great, as was the bacon! Our server Hailey was absolutely the BEST!

I had the best country fried steak Friday night. Great service Hannah was and outstanding waitress. The coffee was the best I had since I left the house. I found two Christmas presents for my granddaughters. Good store.

Food is always hot and delicious and the waitress Amy was great keeping our glasses full and very friendly .Even though she had a very busy morning she still took very good care of us.

It was about 9:30AM when we came in, we were greeted by the kind hostess and were seated right away.The food was amazing and came out in a reasonable time. We were served by BJ, she was very kind and checked up on us several times. The cashier was also friendly as we checked out. I will be back again when traveling!

Had a few bad experiences lately at this location, thought I'd give it another try since I work behind their restaurant. Had the 2 piece fried catfish w brocolli and pinto beans, all I can say is WOW. Everything was hot and on point. The fish was above amazing and the brocolli was fresh and perfectly cooked. It's my birthday month so since I'm a rewards member, I got a free desert, I had the chocolate cake...no words, it was delicious. Great visit today I will keep coming back

Very old fashioned eatery where you can find friendly old couples who like to talk to out of state people. Great cooking and pricing!!!

Great food as always but I would like for you to consider putting heart healthy, grilled salmon back on the menu- for those of us with heart issues.

The wait staff was incredible. The food took about 45 minutes to come out. Way too long.

We ordered the 3 side catering bundle and a few pies for Christmas, order was ready early and it was easy to heat and was amazing! Will probably do this every year now for Christmas.

Food was really good. Had pancake meal and my sister had a burger and fries. Had a little bit of a wait to be seated but it was because they weren't using all of their tables because of covid going on. But shopped in their gift shop and saw a lot of nice stuff even Bob Ross lol

Food was awsome I didn't know they started charging for apple butter and cornbread but overall great experience. 👌

Love this Cracker Barrel. This past weekend we had phenomenal service by Jonathan and our food was piping hot and delicious. The manager Cassie is so friendly and is all hands on deck at all times in every position it seems. She knows how to run a restaurant and that is rare these days.
