I had a great experience working with Erin at Bailey Bowen’s State Farm office. She was quick, kind and efficient when processing a new renters insurance policy, she also checked to see if I could get a better rate for my car insurance and explained in easily understandable terms what everything meant along with what would be covered, and how it all works. They made it so pain-free especially compared to OTHER insurance companies. Would recommend to anyone!

I contacted State Farm in search of cheaper car insurance. I was in touch with Nicole Sanchez and she was the best insurance agent I have ever had contact with. She was very professional and friendly and always responded to my emails within minutes. She was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions about including renters insurance as well as boat insurance. I would definitely recommend switching to State Farm, and asking for Nicole if you are in the North Georgia area!

I was shopping around for Car insurance, as I was not pleased with my current provider. When I called the office of Bailey Bowen I was greeted with warm regards by Tori Packard. She explained everything in great detail yet, I did not feel overwhelmed. I ended up deciding to do business with their office because of Her. I talked to other agencies before I called her and found they did not represent the values I look for in people when deciding to do business with. This one had them all. Kudos to you Tori! Recently got my truck insured by an agent named Abigail, she was incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire policy to make sure i understood everything i would be paying for. She was honest and clear about every aspect and taught me things i didn’t even know about auto insurance.

So far this insurance agency is great. I had progressive for some time and thought they were the best one but it seemed to get more expensive so I searched out for another insurance company and got connected with state farm and.....WOW...... They offered me way more then progressive and was still cheaper and the customer service so far has been great. I believe Tori assisted me and she was very professional but not impersonal. So far I would give this company a 10/10.
