Joshua and Jordan made the task of helping my parents upgrade their old phones easy, enjoyable and perfect. Joshua helped my parents who are not very tech savvy understand every step. He was so knowledgeable, yet was able to make my parents feel supported and answered any questions that they had. He is a class act and Verizon is lucky to have him as an employee. The way both employees connected with their customers is commendable. Do not go to any other store! Joshua and Jordan are ready and willing to help all of your tech needs.

My visit at the Victra Braselton, Georgia, store was amazing. They are the most helpful people on the planet. Maria explained everything and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Contrast this to my visit last month to the TCC Verizon sore in Crabapple, Georgia, where Lyana went out of her way to be rude and ignorant to me and quite frankly may have committed fraud when she talked me into purchasing a Google phone to add to my account that would only increase my bill by a total of $13 per month ($8 for the finance charge on the Google phone and $5 a month for the line access fee). Lyana refused to give me any documentation supporting this claim but she said it would take several billing cycles for her verbal contract and promises to be proven true. If she told me once she told me a thousand times. “Your bill will only increase by $13”. So far it’s not looking good. What a moron I was for walking into a TCC store. It’s Victra all the way.

Probably the best experience I have had at a cellular store. Maria was very friendly and helpful. Her boss Bill was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

The customer service I received from LaVonya was precise, informative, and genuine. I am a parcel delivery driver and I needed to use my lunch break to purchase a phone and let me just say I was served at a high level with time to spare to still eat. It inspires me to see people representing themselves and their profession at a high level.

My experience at the Braselton Verizon location was Perfect. Even though she was the only one there! Strange because she was busy with customers. But she worked me in and I appreciate that in any industry. She was very friendly and she handle the customer with great care. I usually do not like to wait. But her professional and niceness convinced me to stay . It was worth it. Thanks Braselton Verizon the best

Dylan was one of the most helpful employees ever. He worked with me for nearly 3 hours without a single complaint. I really appreciate his devotion in making sure my phone was set up properly even though we ran into so many technical issues. He had GREAT costumer service, was extremely polite, and very patient. I am beyond happy with my experience at this store. It is definitely worth stopping in.

Dylan was super helpful and wonderful to work with. He helped me get all of my info transfered to my new phone, walked me through all of the device features and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I stopped in your store as a new owner of a Motorola phone for some much needed help. Daniel came to my rescue.
