The sells Rep was very knowledgeable!!! He answered every question we asked. The delivery guys did an awesome job getting the hot tub to the back yard with out a scratch and also the two guys James and Kyle from Rasco Electric did an excellent job getting power to the hot tub.

We purchased a Master Spa Trainer 15d from David's Home Entertainment. We met Jacob at a Spa Trade show in December of 22. We placed a down payment for our spa and then the work began. There were a few hurdles we needed to get over. First we needed HOA Approval and then we needed to find a contractor to help get the spa in place. These 2 things took forever! Seriously our Swim Spa finally made it to our home almost exactly 1 year to the date. Jacob was very very patient and understanding. Everything that we agreed to a year ago Jacob stuck to. Way too many times in this world people forget their commitments. Jacob and David's Home Entertainment are stand up people. The two men who delivered our Swim Spa were exceptional as well, Cole and Colby. They had to come back twice, stayed late into the dark until the spa was perfectly in place and made sure everything was right and we were satisfied before they headed out. Every single person we worked with at David's Home Entertainment was awesome. We continue to be most grateful for Jacob's patience, Thank You Jacob.

AND....we love our swim spa....what a great investment for us!

Nice variation of hot tub options, great information, answered a lot of questions, worked w me to set a good delivery date, and showed up as planned. Have an electrician arranged to help w set up. Also very nice to credit back a pad that I bought and ultimately didn’t need.

Our spa was anticipated to be delivered at a later date but David’s Home Entertainment was able to get it scheduled earlier which was fantastic! The team came for the delivery at the perfect time! They were knowledgeable friendly and took the time to go over the details with us! They are always just a phone call away and ready to help answer any questions I have.

The delivery man text me to let me know they were coming between 4 and 6 PM. Around 5:45 pm they text me to let me know they were running late and they would probably be able to deliver our hot tub around 830. They did show up at that time backed right into our yard and it unloaded the tub quickly. They were very professional.
We appreciated that you were able to work with us with a later in the day delivery as we discussed when we bought the hot tub.

Our new hot tub was delivered yesterday. The crew was on time, professional and just got the job done in extremely hot conditions. They also held our hot tub in storage for an extended period of time as our outdoor project took longer than planned to come together. Always responsive and helpful when I have called with any questions!

Everyone at David’s Home Entertainment was professional and very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing to installation of our H2X Fitness Swim Spa.
Originally we had planned to buy another well known brand swim spa, but the H2X we chose exceeded our wishlist and at a more affordable price tag.
Additionally, we had a few obstacles on our end with where we wanted to set the swim spa. David and his staff worked tirelessly with us to make it happen. We are absolutely delighted to finally have the swim spa in place and are looking forward to many years of fitness and relaxation!
