Those women were so very helpful I was in and out pretty quickly. They showed me what I needed and couldn't find anything in Waynesville. Those people are rude men in Waynesville, never going back there again ! I will be back to Canton

Incredible amount of tools here! What a super selection to pick from for goodies! Purchased more than I needed because they had what lowes and home depot did not have and have not had in a long time.
Will be back again.

Very polite friendly people , had alot of different things. From chicken feed to paint to piping pretty much everything but groceries. Definitely a great first time.

Great owners and very friendly employees. Have all the brains to help you with anything. Just wish they would care enough about our troops,law enforcement,and our vets by at least giving them a 10/20% discount. I have someone in law enforcement that goes in there and they don't even offer them anything but the other side puts their life on the line for all every single day and don't hesitate a bit. Please think about this from your heart and maybe Jesus will bless you even more.

Whether you are hunting something simple or complicated to finish the job, this place has what you need. The staff will treat you like family and take their time to make for sure you get all you need. Everyone is pleasant and always smiling. It's a very nice place to shop.

These folks are awesome!!!! I had an emergency at the house tonight & it was like 10 minutes till 7 when I called them & the gentleman that I spoke to said if I could come on shortly, he'd wait for me to help me get the part I needed. It was amazing...the big box stores won't do that.

I avoid Lowes at all costs and I usually can because Hometown Hardware always has what we need. Add to that the employees are kind, courteous and never condescending, as well as knowledgeable.

Very good selection for the size of the store. Excellent prices. Not positive but I think this is a family business. They are all friendly and helpful. It is always easy to get help if needed, in fact they go out of their way to help you get what you need. All in all an excellent store.

Great selection of hardware and locally support schools

Better than lowes and home depot. The staff if extremely nice and knowledgeable. They will also provide any physical help you need getting all the junk you buy to your car.

Love this place!!! Always very helpful and very easy to make a quick stop thanks to the great employees!!! The management is great you will never be aimlessly wondering in this store because someone is always there to help!! I take this store over any big commercial chain anyday!! I always go to Hometown Hardware for my project needs. Since opening I rarely have to drive to Lowe's for anything. Their prices on things are very comparable to "Big Box" stores.
I would always recommend checking here first before wasting gas and driving out of town.

This place has everything hardware related that you would ever need. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lady that helped us with some yard equipment was absolutely wonderful and patient and simply couldn’t have been a nicer person. Overall really great experience.

Great local option for hardware supplies if you don't want to have to truck it out to the big box stores. They seemed to be well stocked and had what I needed.

The staff here is always super helpful, while also not being pushy at all. They always help me find exactly what I'm looking for without trying to sell me anything I don't need. I'd much rather shop here for my hardware needs than any of the big box hardware stores.

Thankfully Sue was there and kindly helped me find the easiest and most cost effective solution to my plumbing problem. I can finally use my bathroom sink with no leaks thanks to you Sue! :-)

I always get greeted as I enter the business and get offered assistance. There is no wandering the isles hoping to find an employee who can answer your question. HH has also had some specific hardware items I needed that weren't available at the local big box stores.
