Donna is a great manager and addressed my concerns with this particular 24/7 McDonald’s being closed usually between 3 and 4:30. Please note this especially if you are delivery driver. Thank you for exceptional service! Stay blessed everyone.

All of the associates were extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning crew did a wonderful job in the bathrooms as well.

I don't typically review McDonald's, but this one was so fast and super clean, bathrooms and all. Great stop on the way home on a long road trip. We stopped pre-covid, so I'm not sure if you can eat indoors now, but back in late Feb we were able to!

Probably one of the best McDonalds I have ever been to. Quick, friendly and accurate.

The best McDonald's in North Carolina that I have been to Lola and Sabrina are the best managers at this location every time my order is screwed up at night, All I have to do is let them know and they always take care of me. They automatically replace my order which doesn't happen often but when it does they always take care of me Thank you so much for being the best two people at McDonald's. I love my McDonald's food. It's the only fast food restaurant I will eat at. I work with the public and I always give 150% to all my customers. And pay attention to details.

This McDonald's always has hot fresh food! And the service is amazing - the manager offered to carry my tray to the play place since I had my daughter with me! Play place is clean and well kept, with a toddler area as well as a larger play structure.

Cashier was not investing in his job, looked like he just rolled out of bed in uniform, sub par customer service skills. The food was a tasty as ever. The classic design of the building brought back many childhood memories.

Nice place. Plenty of parking. Seats were very comfortable.

Only complaint was the fries seemed under cooked 😕 but that could have been a fluke

Very prompt and friendly service. Went through the drive-through. The order was ready and at the window by the time we paid. Only downside is their lobby was closed and you had to utilize the drive-through short of that. No complaints at this location.

This place is the best to go to , they are very quick, and very respectful, love the environment, and great employees, and they are always open early and have my food fresh.

Me my mom and nephew went to get this new grimace milk shake. We went to the Leicester hwy one and they were sold out ai we called enka and they said were almost out but we should have enough come on. So we get there and the lady said u got here just in time lol they were outting their last bag of milk shake in and she was so sweet. Well their was a lady there idk if she was the manger or if she was a district manger but she was so kind to my nephew. She was there ordering a coffee, in case you read this. I just want you to know you were very kind and made his day by showing him which one was the best out of the 3 and it had the most berries in it. He was so excited so thank you.

I ordered breakfasts and hashbrowns for my class. The manager took the order early and had it completely prepared and organized when I picked it up. Nothing was forgotten and it was all warm and fresh. On top of that, multiple staff members offered to help carry it all out to the car. Thank you very much!!!

I order light ice or NO ice and it's ALWAYS I swear a double scoop. I've worked food industry for years, I understand everything is different now, but come on. Please listen to your customers.
