CVS

I can't understand the negative reviews, as my experience has been uniformly outstanding. I have used this pharmacy more than 20 times and the staff has always tried hard and treated me pleasantly, even when very busy. I had trouble at first (with another CVS) in changing my prescriptions to this store, and these folks spent an extra 15 minutes straightening it out. Best CVS around.

Fraud alert: Someone is posting reviews under an account in my name. I have no problem with CVS and as far as I know there is no such thing as fish odor syndrome, but if there were, I believe this individual has something far worse going in their twisted little brain. Sorry CVS - we're trying to get google to do something about this fraudulent account, but so far nothing short of pressing charges will stop this.

Michael and Dominic are so cool employee! Everyone else is pretty cool I guess.... except for Ricardo, not a fan of he. I bought so many item and everyone was helping so much! There was one time I had a scary experience with a racoon, but it wasn't at the store so it doesn't affect this review. Also I dreamed one time about the store and it wasn't a nightmare! (can't say the same about Walgreens) Please go this store it deserve an Oscar and perhaps even a Grammy. I will be recommending this one to my Uncle Bunguloj whom has never stepped foot into a CVS, perhaps he will accept me as his nephew after this! This store changed my life and I am so happy for me.

They let me pick up my online order at the drive thru so I didnt have to go into the store. I was sick and didnt feel like going in. Big help and were very nice

Picked up some large (8x8) photos today and was very disappointed by the quality and mentioned it to the young boy who rang me up and he just told me that’s how they look when you print them at that size. I went home and was really bummed because I clearly wasn’t going to hang them up as I had planned to. I called the store and a young woman answered and looked up my order and said she could see that they were printed blurry (no idea how she could tell) and said I could come back and she’d try and redo them better this time. I went back and she greeted me at the door and redid the whole process, this time to top quality and I was thrilled with the outcome. I wish I got her name because her customer service was fantastic. The boy… not so much but she made up for him!

Great variety of products in each category especially for a small town!

I've been going to the CVS in Waynesville since before they moved to their 'new' spot on Russ Avenue. I trust the pharmacy. The staff is always friendly. And they keep that place sparkling clean and bright. Well stocked, even now with stock limited everywhere I found what I needed.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience today in this store! So many markdowns. Also, a few things turned up incorrectly on the reciept. The associate (Dominic) immediately fixed all mistakes and was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. Definitely will be back!

I have had very good experiences with the pharmacy team. When they first opened a few years ago they were grossly understaffed. That has changed & the atmosphere is much better. More than one tech has gone the extra mile to help with discount codes to save on medicine. Holly just did that for me today! THANK YOU!!

Staff is very helpful. When you shop,use your rewards card and get the best deals. The associate will help you find the good ones. 🤗

I found them very knowledgable & efficient. They had to get a medication faxed from out of state, did so that same day and texted me as soon as it was ready!

The pharmacy staff are wonderful & have saved my family money on multiple occasions.
