I had the most wonderful shopping experience at Crocs located in Crabtree Valley Mall! Their customer service was absolutely excellent, and I can't praise their staff enough for their patience and extensive knowledge of their store selection.

From the moment I stepped into the store, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. What impressed me the most was how patient they were with me while I browsed through their wide range of Crocs products. They never once rushed me or pressured me to make a decision, which made my shopping experience truly enjoyable.

Wonderful customer service!! I called the store to check availability for a product that was on sale online. This was my second buy and I didn't want to pay shipping charges. The store price was different as it was not on sale in the store but they said they can price match if I can come to the store. I went yesterday and got the item. The ENERGY & the EMPLOYEES are a whole vibe! I appreciate the positive interactions from literally every employee! Shouting out Ashante, Brandon, Caterra ( who’s only been with the company for 4 days) and the Manager of the store Ernest! From product knowledge to engaging conversation I received it all! This means everything to me. My experience will ALWAYS determine if I’ll step foot in an establishment agin or not. I will choose THIS Croc location EVERY TIME! Funny thing is the store didn’t have what I needed, but I still walked out with something I had no intentions of purchasing and felt good about it LOL! Thank you to you all!! She has wonderful customer service and as soon as I walked in the store greeted me and assisted with helping me find the right shoe while I am pregnant ! The staff is just as wonderful and everyone is so polite and knowledgeable of all the products in the store! Kim and her staff go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with their customer service and the correct shoe for you or your little ones shoes! Even though we had a few hiccups with a recent purchase. Alesha the assistant manager was very courteous. And demonstrated excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

I have had very few good experiences in show stores, but Brandi made me SO at home. As a plus sized woman, I'm used to being told that sizes carried in stores will not fit me and leaving crestfallen at best. Brandi immediately launched into probably 8 different styles of shoes that would suit me and was obviously knowledgeable about which styles ran small/roomy ect. She made the experience an absolute not and I ended up getting not one but two pairs of new Crocs. Thank you so much for making a normally horrible experience the highlight of my day!
