We purchased a refrigerator that was represented as being in good working order. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! They delivered a boken refrigerator with broken doors, with a broken ice maker and leaking water. We spent three weeks trying to get them to correct the situation and they continued to lie and misrepresent. THIS IS THE WORSE APPLIANCE STORE WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. UNRESPONSIVE, INCOMPETENT AND NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

I HAD TO REPLACE REFRIGERATOR and they did not have the decency to respond to numerous requests to pick up the junk refrigerator they left behind. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, so be sure to also look there.
