Had a burger and fries last Wednesday. There were a few younger guys working. They did a great job and were polite and professional. Figured they deserved a shout out. Little things like good service make people’s day. Thank you.

We came around lunch time (12 pm) on a Sunday. The line was basically non-existent when we came in. I ordered a little cheeseburger with ketchup, mayo, and lettuce, and my boyfriend got us a regular fry to share. We got a regular drink to share because we like the Coca Cola Freestyle machines they have. The food is more expensive than other places, but to me, it is so worth it. It feels quality and it’s delicious. I really enjoyed my meal here, but the Coca Cola Freestyle was out of orange flavoring, which is my favorite. But, things happen, it’s okay!

Heard many great things about this place so finally tried it. I admit I almost turned around and left when I saw the prices. Glad I didn't! My total for a bacon cheeseburger and little fries was over $18 after tax, but worth every penny. It was actually a double cheeseburger, very large and delicious. They threw in extra fries and wowzers the fries are good. Will definitely be back whenever I can afford to treat myself.

The first time I went, the staff was laughing together having a good time. Then I got to the counter and they all got quiet and were very cold towards me. I saw them do the same pattern with every guest who walked in after. It was terrible service. But recently I went back in and it was all new staff and they were extremely warm and welcoming. The food is always good.

Very good restaurant. fast and friendly. Eat in or take out.

Awesome Five Guys here in AVL! Super nice peeps working in this joint. Food was great, service is 5 star and just a great atmosphere. Check them out folks!

Excellent food. The fries are to die for. However they do cook them in peanut oil. The service was awesome. But it was a little bit on the pricey side. I do like that the toppings for your burgers are free even the grilled onions. So that awesome! We visit again soon.

Always amazing. Food is definitely not healthy but I'm here for a good time not a long time. I get the little cheeseburger and fries which is more than enough. They have larger portions of fries than most places so if I get the large fry, I have to share it because it's about half of a bag(brown paper bag). Those fresh cut fries are like no other, I go here just for those.

Just another ho hum 5 star rating...great food and clean seating...no wonder my wife insists of these guys for lunch

Great food, coca cola freestyle machine is good and has caffiene free drinks too. They serve beer also and have the cool cups that fill up from the bottom.

Visiting from Florida for a few weeks & came in with my mom. Glad I did! I was craving a burger & this hot the spot!! My only complaint is I wish they had something besides American cheese, but that has nothing to do with this particular store obviously. The hamburger was fresh & hot🔥. Definitely enjoyed & will back some time.

Great burger and awesome fries!! It is a bit pricey for a little bacon cheeseburger, little fries and small drink $19 and change.

You can't go wrong with Five Guys. Great burgers and fries. Cajun fries are awesome!

Man these guys that work here a great Dakota and Arthur went above and beyond to make sure i was very happy while there food is 10/10 and service is even better .

One, if not THE BEST burger & fry place I've been to. $$ but worth it! $60 x 3 but we had the large burgers, 1 med & 1 LG fry, & 3 awesome milkshakes! I had THE BEST chocolate/peanut butter shake ever! I highly recommend & will be back!
