I highly recommend Hawk Ridge and couldn’t think of a better place to go for muscle therapy needs. The atmosphere is so calming and welcoming. I especially recommend Melody Muller! She creates a specialized session and really listens to you and targets your needs. I feel so safe and comfortable and genuinely look forward to my visits. I notice immediate improvement when I walk out the door and tell everyone about this wonderful center. :)

I’ve had three therapeutic massages with Diane. She is fantastic and my body is beginning to feel so much better. Diane uses traditional massage as well as cupping and both are very effective. She is an excellent communicator and is genuinely empathetic and concerned with her clients’ well being. In addition, the atmosphere is lovely, calm and clean - all conducive to healing. I will continue to see Diane as much as my budget allows.

Erin is Amazing! Super sweet and knowledgeable. Really listens to you and your body to help you release, heal and tap into your body’s wisdom. Would highly recommend making an appointment with her.

I would highly recommend Diane Wysocki who did an outstanding job on my body, making it feel more like a body and less like some foreign organic thing that I was stuck in that didn't feel like my body anymore. It's hard to describe the pain in my lower back because the normal terms used to describe it fail... it felt twisted at the base of the spine, but it wasn't sharp, dull, or stabbing...it was a unique pain that could only be described as what you might feel if there was some substance like hardened glue in the lowest portions of the spine and was worse if I leaned back... it was unlike any other pain I have ever experienced prior to this treatment. My collar bone had not been sitting right for the past 8 months or so and my chiropractor was unable to help it even with multiple visits. my shoulders, one worse than the other, felt like it had been torn out of the socket, and right where the spine attaches to the pelvis hurt so bad that it was difficult to find a position that wasn't horrible to sleep in. A comfortable sleeping position didn't really exist, but I could prop it up and lay on my back to get into a less comfortless position to sleep in, but then the shoulders would hurt, and tossing and turning at night made it impossible to maintain one position all night. I was thinking that this would be the case forever. Diane worked on the whole spine and on the worst shoulder down to my wrist with a cupping device and therapeutic massage over about 2 and half hours and to my surprise I was able to sleep on my side that night without any pain and sleeping comfort is back again. There was bruising, but that is well worth the cost of the relief of pain. My shoulder has been popping now and then as I move around, which seems like a vast improvement over the jammed shoulder I had been experiencing. My collar bone is better. Future visits are a must. She is an excellent therapeutic masseur and understands the body. As I stated, I highly recommend her.

I have had several massages with Diane and have enjoyed each one. I like deep tissue massage therapy and she is very good at getting into the places that are giving you issues.

I was experiencing daily headaches before seeing Diane and since starting with her a couple of months ago I have had only one. She has helped me tremendously!

The spa is always clean and everyone I have interacted with were very pleasant and accommodating.

The atmosphere was amazing! My massage therapist was absolutely wonderful! Jackie went above and beyond to work out some really painful problem areas on my body, this was definitely the best massage I have ever had and I cant wait for my next appointment!

I started seeing Diane from Hawk Ridge Therapeutic about a month ago. She uses vacuum cupping and regular massage and I have been feeling SO much better since I've been seeing her. I had so much tension before. Diane listens to me and always asks if the pressure is good. She is fantastic at what she does and I can tell she is very passionate about massage in general!!!

As a medical professional, I realize how important it is to use diet, sleep, hydration and exercise to stay healthy. What I didn't realize is that properly loosening muscle helps move lymph (this is the fluid that is returned to the body to be recirculated). This fluid gets cleaned by the liver and kidneys to help keep toxins out of the body.

A properly working lymph system keeps fluid levels in balance and it's purpose is protecting the body from infection. Google it! It does amazing things when working properly!

Diane is very good at paying attention to muscles and how they work with my lymph nodes.

Not only does my body feel much less stressed and I am much more flexible, people tell me I look younger and healthier than they have seen me in years. I've even lost weight.

I go to massage when my muscles ache, I have a migraine or I am holding stress. Hawk Ridge Theraputic is spiritually grounding and peaceful for me.

It's great to see Diane because she has knowledge of how massage and stressors affect the human body. She understands how to listen to her clients and pays attention to nonverbal cues from my face and my body.

Great experience and great massage. My wife and I both had massages. Jackie provided a relaxing massage for my wife, and more deep tissue for me. We will definitely schedule massages again.

Melody was very professional, so kind, and highly skilled in her trade. She guided me throughout my experience and helped me to understand each aspect of her massage work and it's application to and for my body. I only wish I lived closer to Asheville so I could book her for my massage work regularly.

I visited Hawk Ridge Therapeutic in January for my birthday. It was the best present ever! I have been planning to go back again for another massage because the entire place was amazing. Very comfortable atmosphere and some amazing people! Definitely need to plan my next visit soon!

OMG, I have now had three massages with Erin. I have been meaning to leave an honest review, but time has gotten away from me. She is so sweet, and when I leave there I feel like I am floating. She introduced cupping to me, and while at first I was skeptical...I am now a believer. I have NEVER had a massage feel so good. I'm not sore. I highly recommend Erin for your next massage!! You won't regret it.

I visited Melody for the first time this weekend and received just the massage I was hoping for. She has a lovely style that is very relaxing, but also fully addressed my problem areas. I had a cramping calf that is functioning normally after she found the trigger point. The facility is very beautiful, relaxing, can clean.

The waiting area along w the rooms are very relaxing & calm and peaceful. Hrt is very affordable & accommodating. My session with Terra was the best bodywork I have ever received. I am astonished by how much she addressed in my body in one hour. She was thorough, communicative, did incredibly powerful specific work, and utilized various tools at her disposal to target my issues, like a hydraulic table that provided traction for my low back and a hot pack from a hydrocollator that deeply warmed my muscles. The clinic was well lit by natural light, clean and organized, with tea and water and a cozy fire roaring on the TV, and very comfortable armchairs in the waiting area. I am so blown away by the results I am feeling after just one session that I have already scheduled my next appointment with her. Bravo to the new business owner in her endeavors! I will be telling all my friends to check out Hawkridge!

OMG y'all must see Erin!!!! I rarely write reviews but I had such a mind blowing experience at hawk ridge therapeutic the other day with a particular practitioner (( ERIN! )) that I have no choice but to come here and let others know about them. I am a hair stylist so my arms and back tend to have a lot of pain, I have some carpal tunnel as well. I've gotten a lot of different massages over the years working in spas etc and it was a very relaxing experience but it would always temporarily heal my knots or pain ect. I do see a chiropractor so I know that this is a long term thing I have to fix but my experience with Erin at haw ridge has just completely blown Me away. Not only is she sweet as pie and made me so comfortable but she's extremely talented she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my massage and during consultation but the work that she did was not just relaxing but specialized and unlike my other times with massage. I had cupping done and miofascial release plus swedish massage. I left there feeling like butter, feeling amazing emotionally and physically and because of the specialized work that I had done my entire next week or two at work I did not feel the pain like I'm used too. It really changed my experience in massage for me. I highly recommend erin I will be back to see her now on a regular basis this is not something that I'm used to but when you know you know! go see erin at Haw ridge therapeutic !

Hawk Ridge Therapeutic far exceeded my expectations. I went in with a frozen shoulder and walked out having more range of motion than I have in YEARS! Their vacuum machine is such a valuable tool.
