The best experience I’ve ever had. My hair is neat!!!!!! The staff was very friendly and professional.

While visiting family in NOLA my daughter wanted to experience having her hair braided. She wanted just her hair braided without added extensions. We reviewed listed shops and feedback and opted for Raphine. We were not disappointed.

I was able to make an appointment by phone for the next day to have her hair micro braided. The process was longer than anticipated but my daughter was very happy with the results. So far, her braids have lasted two weeks and still going strong.

The ladies were friendly and it was fun to sing along with some of the streaming music with no attachment or judgment.

My hair is really short and shaved in the back. I decided to get my hair braided last minute and ran across this shop. I went in and asked if they could braid my hair the way I wanted considering the length and texture of my hair. Of course the owner said yes, told me to have a seat, and executed the style exactly the way I wanted. I was beyond satisfied! Definitely going back for more styles.

Aline and her staff were so friendly and fast. Three people were doing my hair and were done so much more faster which saved me at least 4hrs of time. They are so skilled that I was surprised at how affordable their rates are. I definitely would recommend them to everyone seeking to do their hair because they are so genuine💞💞

I set up an appointment for my wife back at home we were flying into New Orleans and I wanted to surprise my beautiful Dominican queen by getting her hair did and braided. Our car service was delayed and I kept in constant communication with the lady from the establishment, she was very kind to understand so I greatly appreciated that. I have an open personality when we first walked in the (3) Ladies were sitting on the sofa it felt a bit awkward because that's not what I expected. No greeting or nothing At any rate I started talking to one of the ladies I introduced myself and still no reactions lol. My wife was very excited to get her hair did so we overlooked the ambiance. if I may they need to fix a lot and paint a lot. The place looks like it's falling apart. Besides that which can be a big overlook to stay, these women treated my wife's hair amazingly. They took their time and made sure it was perfect, so much that I went and took a nap in the car haha. I still gave them a 5-star for the 5-star hair treatment. As another note, they should also sell their own spray and moose and not send clients to a hair place so they can bank that portion of the hair service...just my side note. Get that money 💰 💰

My husband and I are here for vacation and I decided to braid my hair. What a beautiful job they did so efficient and professional… I didn’t get the three girls names but one of them is pregnant and did an amazing job, the other two friendly lady absolutely amazing.
I would recommend this place 100 %. So In love with my braids.

Delaline's Afro Braiding is excellent. Pros: All of the braiders are warm, welcoming, and excellent. They were extremely flexible with me when I needed to take a business call in my car in between braiding. The women genuinely seem to like each other so there is a great deal of laughter, which is nice to see as a customer. You can also pay with Zelle which is a nice perk as well, so no need to carry cash. Cons: I cannot think of any. They are excellent. You will not regret it!

Every time we come here they take very good care of my daughters hair. The service is pretty fast considering how long hair braiding takes and my daughters hair always looks top quality! She gets so many compliments on her hair. Thank y’all for your great service and great hair braiding ability

I’ve gotten my hair braided here several times over the past two years and they do a great job every time! Everyone in the shop is professional, welcoming, and talented! I get so many compliments on my hair every time I get it done here. The wait is usually not too long and the stylists are quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend anybody looking to get their hair braided to come here.

My family and I have been going to this shop for over a year or more now, it is very convenient and we do not have to travel to Metairie or elsewhere to get what we need. Hello all. 😁 I liked this place. I was trying to find a braiding spot close by that was open later than 5 PM since I was working 2 jobs and both required me to start early in the morning and stay to help with any last-minute tasks until 7 PM. My hair salon of choice closed at 5 PM and normally took about 3 hours to wash and straighten which made it inconvenient for me to do anything with my hair because of the work schedule. I found them online and made an appointment last month to do the kinky twists. I loved them! 😍 The salon is also very family-oriented and everyone helps out on a customer. I typically never had more than one person do my hair, but I found it sweet and it probably helped the lady take care of her baby, too. I found the way she carried her baby very interesting since I've only ever seen babies wrapped like that in pictures of African mothers. I'm not sure why I found that cultural aspect fascinating but I'd like to learn how to wrap a baby the way she did one day. 😊 Ms. Aline was very nice, too. Hopefully, I can the twists done again this weekend. Thanks, ladies!

I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon and I was seated within 10 minutes! My style was done well and she charged me less than another shop that I have previously visited. I am very satisfied and I will return.

Raphine braids are quite in a class of their own. I had my sew in done exactly the way I wanted and was very satisfied with the customer service I received.
