I absolutely LOVE this gym! I have been to several of LA Fitness locations and this is by far the best one yet. It is extremely clean and the front desk staff is always so helpful. It always gives off a very relaxing vibe and I don’t feel judged. As a woman, going to the gym can be extremely uncomfortable. However, this is the first and I truly mean first gym where I fell VERY comfortable to workout and lift weights in peace. I highly recommend this establishment!

I just finished a great tour of this gym and I’m excited to be a new member. DJ was very knowledgeable about the gym’s offerings and the other staff were very nice as well. Looking forward to achieving my fitness goals at this location.

From the moment I walked into this location I immediately felt welcome as I was greeted by DJ and the rest of the team. Although I already signed up at another LA location, I was immediately offered a tour of the facilities and the staff even walked me through all of the features on the app. The Zumba class with Corey was amazing and I am excited for my complimentary fitness evaluation offered. If you are looking for a fitness club with thoughtful amenities, great customer service, and a convenient location, this is it!

Met with DJ to sign up myself and my son and he was amazing. He valued our time and our business. Explained everything thoroughly and was very patient, professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Great customer experience!

DJ gave me great tour of the awesome gym facilities and I signed up for LA Fitness straight away. I look forward to being a part of the LA Fitness family as I continue my journey to a healthier way of life.

The GM DJ and the stretch loft Joey is amazing!! I got a free session and it was fantastic!!!

DJ is the best he showed me and my friend around and explained everything we needed to know. He was amazing at his job and had A LOT of patience for us and our questions.Definitely got that membership can’t wait to start Zumba!!!!

One of the best clubs in the area. Great staff, reasonably clean. Wide open with excellent selection of equipment, from free weights to Hammer Strength machines, several Racket Ball Courts, Indoor Basketball Court, Heavy Bags, bike room, and full aquatics with Whirlpool

This LA fitness is supper clean and super organized the management is top notch everyone is very friendly and super helpful I wouldn’t recommended anywhere else join this la fitness feel like being at home

I joined this gym in February when I was going through one of the toughest seasons of my life! I connected with many of the staff that was always kind to me and genuinely cared! I experienced more than a workout here, I built relationships that helped me heal spiritually and emotionally! I tell the story to many…LA Fitness gave me more than a good looking body, it gave me the peace I was seeking God for! So thankful!

This is the best LA fitness location by far. I’ve been a member for about 2 yrs. The entire staff has always been friendly & helpful. The fitness director Brian & the GM Anthony set me up with a great free personal training session. I’ve been working out w/ Julian for a while & he’s created a program to help me hit my very specific fitness goals. I leave my sessions feeling challenged, yet accomplished. Gabby at the desk greats me w/ a smile every morning & even lends me scissors when I need to cut my KT tape. 😊

Very open spaced. Plenty of variety for whatever form of exercise you are seeking. Clean Men's room. Machines are cleaned regularly. Front desk very polite.

The gym us pretty decent. They have a good selection of equipment as well as a pool and sauna

The Crofton location is the best LA Fitness in the DMV. The facility is well maintained, staff is courteous and friendly. Kudos to Diego for keeping the locker room in A+ shape. This guy dusts off the top of the lockers, cleans the inside and outside of the lockers, cleans vents and overall pays attention to the details. I appreciate Diego for this, as it makes my experience great. Thank you to the other cleaners as well. Thank you also to Steadly for his professional and welcoming attitude. He always has a smile and a greeting for the patrons despite being busy with his clients. Great location! Kudos to the manager as well!

I love the GM DJ. He’s so kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing atmosphere to work out at I love the space and the customer service is very welcoming would recommend coming in and getting familiar with the staff they definitely show they are there for a new members results!
