I have been fortunate enough to travel a good bit outside the US. Our trip to Israel with Wilcox Travel, continues to be one of the most memorable. For several reasons... Of course the history and the opportunity to give a visual to the written Word.

Tyler Wilcox and his team CRUSHED it, in a very good way. A trip of this magnitude comes down to the details and the people. We experienced an amazing team in country that had fantastic knowledge and perspective of His Word and all of the locations we visited. Including an unplanned visit to Jacobs Well.

We will be going back, and it will be with Wilcox Travel.

All I can say is WOW!!!! We were able to meet with Tyler and talk about some travel we wanted to do. The incite he was able to provide up front was unbelievable. Everywhere he recommended "or didn't recommend" he had personally been to or someone on has staff had been to. He was able to set us up with tours, events, etc. that you couldn't find on the web. Our entire staff had an incredible time and we couldn't thank Tyler enough. We plan on using him for all our upcoming trip both commercially and personally. I would highly recommend Wilcox Travel for all your traveling needs.

I used Andrew Sawyer to help plan our Families Italy trip. Whenever he was on the phone he made a lot of promises of what he would accomplish and would say "by tommorow" or "next week" or whatever but he would never return calls or emails. I asked him early on if he was too overwhelmed to help me and I would just get another agent but he insisted he would communicate better and would have time. I should have listened to my gut because his lack of communication and follow through created way more stress then help. I then called Wilcox travel and asked to speak to a supervisor and was put through to Glenn Wilcox III voicemail and I left a message about my concerns. Non one ever returned a call or got back with me. I was overall very disappointed as this is a local company who has been around a long time and felt they would have higher standards.

Contacted Wilcox Travel regarding a trip to Turkey which included a possible itinerary and spoke with Andrew Sawyer. Made appointment time for phone conversation. Not heard from him in over a week. He had all my contact information. I expected common courtesy. I would not recommend this agency.

Needed help with an upcoming trip abroad, but first I had a general question about attempting overseas contact via phone, which I figured a travel agency might know something about or at least direct me appropriately. I was cordial and polite about it.

But I ended up speaking with a little piss-ant of a man...named "Andrew"...who wanted nothing to do with it. Couldn't even manage a "Sir, I just don't know. Can I help you anything else."
Only unhelpful sarcasm.
And a bit of whining to boot; something about his time being spent inappropriately by addressing my initial question.

And that's when I hung up.

I see others have had their own negative experience with this...dude.

Wilcox Travel may be great at what they do. When they do it.

But as for common courtesy, Andrew gives them a bad name.

Going somewhere else.
