Healing Massage Therapy

Jenna is lovely! She really takes her time and listens to your concerns. I love the fact that she has cupping available as well. She also has such beautiful oils and scents, and they really enhance the experience.
I’ve had many massage therapists over the years, and Jenna is skilled and compassionate and thorough.

Jenna is responsive to chronic pain sufferers. She checks in throughout the session and offers therapies she feels will be helpful. I tried cupping for the first time and it felt great! She did a wonderful job with the right pressure in the right places to leave me feeling loose and relaxed.

The massage and cupping with Jenna was therapeutic, relaxing and healing. She cares about making sure you are enjoying the experience. The space is absolutely wonderful and I loved the music. Jenna is a highly skilled therapist, especially on the feet.
That was one of the best foot rubs I have ever had. There was no issue with the Groupon, availability or canceling.

I've been going to Jenna for massages for several years now and I always leave feeling very relaxed and satisfied. She makes sure to find out how my body is feeling and works hard to take care of any issues that I may be having at the time. I have had the "cupping" done on some of my really tight areas which is GREAT and she makes some of her own aromatherapy scents which smell wonderful. I highly recommend Jenna for your next massage!!

Jenna is an amazing healer - I have been treating with her for over 6 years, and I always leave feeling much better. I've been to several massage therapists over the past ten years, but Jenna's calm presence, comforting environment, and ability to focus on the areas of my concern (as well as find places I didn't even realize I was hurting) have given me more relief than medications. I was hurt at work several years ago; thanks to Jenna's massage, cupping, and aromatherapy, I have been able to manage my pain without prescription painkillers; most importantly, I haven't needed the surgery that was suggested might drop my pain 50% "if I was lucky." I cannot recommend her services enough; I've not seen another massage therapist since I started treating with her, and I hope to continue to do so for many more years.

Jenna has been my massage therapist on a monthly basis for 5 years. I found her through Groupon and she was the best out of several others I tried. I've always received excellent dependable service and a wonderful therapeutic experience.

I love Jenna! She really listens to me and focuses the massage therapy on the areas where I’m having pain or trouble. She is knowledgeable about aromatherapy and I love the cupping that she does! She is communicative and flexible with my schedule.

I have been a client of Jenna for three years. I have seen her every couple of weeks during this time. I have ruptured discs and over the last few years, with Jenna’s help I am near 100%! Cupping has played a big part in my healing along with her massage. I no longer take any of my pain meds and am able to lead an active life again.
My experiences with her have never been anything but positive and proffesional.

Jenna is an amazing massage therapist. I'm grateful for her knowledge and application of evidence based practice in term of body movement and restrictions as well as her ability to listen to the subtle aspects of the mind that also need support and release. Does not deserve 1 star. My wife got me a Groupon for a massage with Jenna for Christmas and she was booked out 2 months. When it finally came to my appointment she cancelled just an hour before. Then I was rescheduled today at 10 am and she never showed up. It is now 1 pm and she has not returned any of my texts or calls. I am in the process of getting a refund from Groupon. A lady in her office building said this is isn't the first time she has done this to people and that she thinks she is having issues. We are pissed.

I'm sorry to say that my experience has mirrored the other reviews on this site: the first appointment I could get was more than a month after I purchased a Groupon, then Jenna rescheduled a few days before the appointment only to show up 10 mins late on the rescheduled day. The massage was nice and for some reason I felt compelled to buy a gift certificate 'massage special' of buy one, get one. Again, over 2 months before I could book a time/date and then Jenna was a complete no show for that time: no call, no text, no response to emails or calls sent by me over the course of an hour. I am now disputing this charge with my credit card company because there's been no contact for 3 solid months so there's absolutely no opportunity to use my purchased services -- but that's assuming I would even want to at this point. I would caution anyone thinking about booking with Jenna Tosi to book elsewhere: Asheville is full of dependable massage therapists so don't waste your time.

I debated writing an online review but after reading one that was almost identical to my experience I decided I should. A good friend purchased a 60 min massage for my birthday in July through Groupon. I also found Jenna to be booking out about 2 months when I went to her online booking site. I booked for the earliest available. When the day came, she contacted me to say she was sick and needed to cancel. I again went to the online booking site and again booked for about 2 months out. My appointment was to be this past Friday, but again she called to cancel (or rather texted to my landline). I have left her a VM, emailed and texted her and 4 days later have had no response. I have contacted Groupon, filed a complaint and am in the process of getting a refund for my friend. If you are looking for a relaxing experience, you will not find it here.
