Holiday Inn Express New Orleans East, an IHG Hotel

What an amazing stay! Nicole Wiltz the Assistant General Manager is amazing and will make sure your stay is so comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. This place is so clean and comfortable. Not the most convenient location but definitely worth the drive!

Loved the stay here. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice big bathroom and very comfortable beds. The entire hotel was extremely clean and I could see the staff members cleaning very thoroughly throughout the day and morning. Loved to see that, especially since covid is surging again in New Orleans. Downtown was a quick 15-20min drive, and we found a great restaurant for dinner about 10min away. The front staff is EXTREMELY friendly and nice. Breakfast was hot, and the food was great. Super pet friendly here, and love that as well. Would def stay here again. Thanks!

We landed on Thanksgiving day so there’s not much happening so far, but the experience has been great.

Amazing stay and great service to match! Hands down the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve been to yet. Really enjoy having the pleasure of saying I’ve gotten to experience staying at this fine establishment.

Very clean!!! We paid 283 for two night with free breakfast (breakfast was yummy), the front staff was friendly and pleasant. Also, the location was good for getting to city of Nola easier. Ty for a pleasant stay .

I was looking for a one night stay at multiple hotels in the area and just kept finding bad reviews about different issues. I remembered stayed at different holiday Inn in the past and decided to stay here during a long drive from Florida to Texas. Upon arrival during night hours, I was greated at the lobby. Check-in was very quick. The hotel lobby was bright, clean, and looks like is taken care of. There's an elevator which is always great to bring your stuff to your room. My room was very well cleaned and organized. After driving more than 6 hours all I wanted was a comfortable bed which that's exactly what I got. Had a great sleep. The shower was also pretty good. There's free breakfast in the morning. This was a great as it same me some time instead of having to search for a place to eat breakfast at. Morning staff was also very nice and check-out was also quick.

Mariah was amazing! Extremely helpful and kind! Also made me fresh cookies when I asked for some! Awesome place

Right outside downtown and a quick Uber lift to the cruise terminal and the staff was great.

Nicole's customer service at the 7049 Bullard Ave location was exceptional. We were very pleased with our stay here. Breakfast was great. Beds are very comfortable. Short people need a step stool to get in though.

Overall, we had a great experience from start to finish. Keira was a great front office rep. Our check-in process was very smooth and what we loved most is that she called within the first 30 minutes of being there to make sure we were pleased with our room and to ensure everything worked properly. The only thing we wished we had was a trashcan in the bathroom as there was only one available to use. This was a minor issue, but everything else was on point. The room was clean and pleasant.

I was given 5-Star treatment as soon as I walked in the door. Raina made my check in process run extremely smooth (which was important since I was tired from just coming off of the road) and called my room once I got in to make sure everything was to my approval. That was HUGE Raina thank you!
Nicole was another awesome staff member that made absolute sure that everything was taken care of. My check out, reward points, towels, keys....everything! Thank you Nicole for being so consistent with your professionalism and positive and easy-going attitude. I appreciate you all for showing this Bama girl some love and will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Room had a huge bed. Linens were fresh and clean, the bathroom big and loved the Dove hand soap and lotion handing instead of those little samples to use. Breakfast station and coffee were very satisfactory. No need to leave hungry! 100% recommend and will come back for sure!

I like this hotel a LOT these folks are so nice and gentle when they talk to you,sweet souls,hotel looks nice,smells nice,i like the room, bathroom and love the window curtain. When you want it Dark this is the place! I would come here,Most of all is how your talked to,they are so nice. I have not experienced any rudeness. Raina always have Fresh baked cookies and You know that go goooood with some Milk! Some hotel has rude people but not this one. They were super kind to me because they let me use their dryer since theirs in the laundry room is full of coins or coins are stuck and they dont belong to them. I love their workout room. I cant remember the other lady’s name but she was sweet and she isn’t have to but she let me use her dryer,i am so happy with our stay.

Professionalism from staff and cleaness of hotel, also loved the security precautions. A big stout out for the Front Office Representative (Nicole) She was the glue that held the hotel together on her shift, her knowledge she handed out to the quest( me and my husband) was well received. Her personality was all on point the hold time of our stay even the next morning when she returned to her shift, she greeted us with polite words and recognition. The breakfast attendant was also professional and helpful, loved the delicious variety of breakfast buffet served. Will recommend to family and friends also plan on returning to this Holiday Inn Express New Orleans East😊

Best hotel experience!! Soft bed, quiet, clean, microwave, safe, refrigerator, defogger mirror, little nightlight in the bathroom. Everyone was nice and professional. Even the maids. I asked man one where the ice was he was so kind. Another maid blessed me as I sneezed to get on the elevator. Everyone there actually cared about you. I liked how professional they were when they took my $100 cash deposit with all the papers to sign and then it took 5 minutes to check my room when I checked out to get it back. No surprise fees. The air conditioning was soooo cold. My room was 66 when I got in there. I actually turned off the ac after I got to my room it worked so well and was so cozy. Free breakfast and the coffee was so good. Free parking and lots of spots.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. Upon walking in you cannot help but feel welcomed. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. The hotel was clean everywhere we went. Our room was very neat and clean and also had a warm and welcoming feeling. The free morning breakfast was was in a nice and easy area to sit down at. While it was going on the kitchen help kept it clean and kept the food coming. I would never hesitate to stay at a Holiday Inn Express. They have proven themselves TRIED and TRUE! Thanks for a great experience!

The place smelled clean as soon as I walked in the door. Staff was friendly and ready to help. The room was clean. Front door stays locked at all times. Very secure. Not much to do around this location but a short drive downtown.

They really made me feel like home! As soon as i got there not only did “Aaliyah” greeted me and my husband but also greeted my baby! And you know if someone treats your baby with love you automatically give them the same respect. Every time we would come in and out our room she would always smile at my little one and that’s something I really love. Overall hotel is clean and breakfast was awesome!! Good good good !!!

Convenient location in regards to downtown New Orleans and the highway. Rooms were clean, but most importantly the customer service was phenomenal. Raina was a great help, and very friendly!
