Best Western New Orleans East

I saw some reviews that had me a little worried but I would like to clarify that it was nothing as previously mentioned by others. Our room was clean, and maid service came daily to change the bedding and make the bed. replace trash bags, take out any additional trash that didn't fit in can. Replaced shower curtain and refilled toiletries.

The breakfast area was stocked with cereal, milk, yogurt, juices, bagels, biscuits, bread, waffle iron to make waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, pancakes, oatmeal, fruit, coffee bar, microwave, toaster. Cooked foods were hot and stocked up as needed.

The gym had a good array of items to use to get a good workout in.

Front desk was attentive & always available for questions. We will 100% return if ever in New Orleans again, which I hope is soon!

I saw most reviews were not pleasant, but I stand to disagree. This place exceeded my expectation. It wad newly renovated, the location was peaceful and near tourist spots and even Walmart. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by all their friendly staff, the room was really simple and nice.The bed was really comfotable, their amenities were as described. The best value to it is that they have a wonderful breakfast option! The sausage link and patties are a must-try. Overall this stay was of great value, I would definitely stay here next time around!

Best Western East was a comfortable landing spot for our JazzFest weekend in New Orleans. The room was quiet and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a great start to the mornings.
The free parking at the hotel site more than worth the handful of UBERs to and from bourbon street. The price was very fair, and the staff were great. Would stay again!

First room we got didn't have a toilet but the friendly staff corrected the issue very fast and since then the room we got was clean and comfortable location is perfect to Walmart and other restaurants. Our stay was very nice will book again oh and loved the led mirror

I went for an escape from my house and it was really nice. The workers were really nice. I had some trouble understanding all the fees but the general manager was really sweet explaining it to me. And I had Samya as my check in person, she was awesome. Her smile is very pretty! She was so helpful, informative on good eating spots, and has a good sense of humor. Them two were the highlight of my stay!

I loved the Best Western in New Orleans. The customer service was amazing and the hotel was extremely clean. I didn’t know anything about the city and Tiffanny, the GM, was a great guide for a newbie like me. She was very nice to me and extremely knowledgeable and she made me feel very warm and welcomed.

My family and I came to the Best Western for an exciting time in New Orleans! As soon as we walked in the hotel, we were greeted with the best customer service. Our check in process was quick and easy and our room was perfect when we got there. Michael was exceptional in making sure our family was comfortable. The entire staff was extremely helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

I came to the Best Western in New Orleans for a nice getaway from work. Tiffanny, the General Manager, was so helpful and was extremely informative about restaurants nearby during my stay. Michael, the front office manager, had the best customer service I could ask for. The hotel was very clean and everything went smoothly.

First I want to thank Mr. Michael S. For everything He’s Very respectful and helpful. rooms was very clean. Breakfast was great I came all the way from Florida to enjoy myself and I did. I slept very comfortable here. Michael also told me about good places to eat. His energy was awesome 🤩 And I wish I could Thank him way better for helping me with my fur Son❤ we appreciate you so much

Nice hotel lobby with friendly staff that provide great customer service. Unfortunately hotwire overbooked this location as a result I was unable to stay.

Amber’s customer service was superb. She got us extra towels and brought them to our room, in what seemed like mere seconds after we talked.She was courteous and just a pleasure to talk to.

The front desk staff was excellent, my room was perfect, and I enjoyed the breakfast tremendously! Shampain went above and beyond to help me find something to eat when I got there at 1 AM.

I most definitely recommend me and my wife wanted some me time to our self. So husband chose yall for our stay. And we most definitely enjoyed our stay staff was nice and helpful our room was clean to make along story short we have no complaints we most definitely come back.

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was big, clean, and very nice. The staff on ever shift was nice and very helpful. I will be staying here again and will recommend.

I’ve stayed at this hotel with my family and it was a good hotel to stay. No issues at all. Breakfast was also good, they served fresh pan cakes along with other menu. Parking was suffice.

Nicely renovated hotel, outside does not match the inside. They still need to redo the parking lot. Front desk desk was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Only issue is trying to find a sit down dinner place locally
