Very patient and helpful group of professionals. I’ve been here multiple times and each time was very pleasing. I don’t have any bad comments. Wait time is short to be seen, the service is quick but not quick to where anyone is rushing. Everyone works together to make sure you are taken care of the minute you walk in the door. The building is clean and smells nice. I’m very satisfied.

my first experience was GREAT! they were so patient with me and gave me the best experience and care! i felt like i was a very difficult patient because i’m terrified of needles but they literally held my hand the entire time and made me feel so comfortable. i’ll definitely go back without a doubt.

I went to their office yesterday (new patient) and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The price for the visit/exam was very affordable ( had to pay cash because my insurance wasn't in network). Extremely helpful in referring me to some one else.

This office is AMAZING. If you live in the East you have to go here before any other in the area and if you don’t live in the East it’s worth taking the ride out for. All female staff, young, women of color, EXTREMELY polite, friendly, and patient. My appointment was for 12 but they let me come in early because they had a cancellation. When I came in the paperwork was a breeze and they brought me in the back VERY quickly, no long wait like most offices. I told them my problem and they let me ask lots of questions and within an hour of talking to them they were ready to perform a procedure. Doctor Gabrielle Nguyen did my extraction and it was a breeze even with my squirming and whimpering from the needles (that weren’t even that painful in retrospect). I’m definitely going back for the rest of my work!

I fount this dentist through google. My current dentist does not do any type of extractions. This dentist office is literally the BEST I’ve ever been to. My original appointment was 2 days later but I misread the date but they still squeezed me in for an emergency tooth extraction. The office was clean, smelled really nice, and well kept. The workers are amazing!! Every last one of them. They were so friendly. Dr. Tran was simply well educated and so nice. She explained everything to where I understood it all. She numbed the tooth better than any other dentist ever did. I had a very complicated tooth to get pulled. She pulled it so fast, I didn’t feel a thing! Nothing. I go back in 4 days. I’ll usually be afraid to go to the dentist but I’m looking forward to going for another extraction. If I didn’t already set up a treatment plan with my current dentist I would’ve switched over now but I will be switching over next year. I advise anyone to go here. You won’t be disappointed.

First time patient here and the experience was super pleasant. Every one was so nice and made me feel super comfortable. I didn't expect to get so much done in one seating. Most places will only want to do one procedure at a time. Looking forward to my next appointment.

The Smile Care staff was great with my daughters first dentist visit. They were very patient and walked me and her through everything they were going to do. She left with a big smile on her face! She was excited about her new toothbrush and prize.

I went in to get a procedure done, the staff was very warm and friendly. The environment was comfortable and also welcoming. I got my tooth filled out and it didn't t hurt one bit.. It was also very fast and efficient. In and out... The staff were also very attentive and answered any questions that you would have after the procedure is done..

Great quick service me and my daughter were out in 45 minutes. The communication amongst the doctors and assistants was great as well
