Ochsner Health Center - Mid-City

I love Ochsner Health Center- Mid-City. The staff is very professional, friendly and courteous. Dr. Langefels makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The office is neat and clean. There’s no wait time plus they get you in and out quickly. They listens to all your concerns and if there’s anything you forgot to mention you can send the doctor a direct email and she will get back to you as soon as possible. I so glad I was referred to this doctor and clinic the best decision I made about receiving medical care. It’s also convenient and close to my house. Ms. Penny & Dr. Langefels have a great sense of humor, Tara and Ms. Brenda was also friendly and sweet. Thank you all very much for making my first call and visit very a comfortable and smooth one. They all really know how to provide excellent care and show how compassionate they are about their job and their patients. :) :) :)

I'm a 35 y/o female. This was my first visit to this particular Ochsner facility. My appointment was for the purposes of establishing with Dr. Langefels as my primary care physician. I had no problems getting a quick appointment, checking in, or having to wait. Not only is Dr. Langefels a delight, but also very knowledgeable, funny, and easy to talk to. At no point did I feel like I was rushed because she needed to move on to the next patient, or anything like that. Some lab work was ordered to establish baselines, and it was quickly, easily (and painlessly) done right on the spot. Every one of the other staff and clinical workers were beyond kind and welcoming, so much so that I made the comment while at the check-out desk -"everyone here is so kind - I love it!". Highly recommend!

Ochsner Mid-city is the BEST!!!! NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I love both of the Ms. Kim's, Ms. Penny always greets you as soon as you walk in the door, Dr. Langfe, everyone else who works there are the best. I've been going there since they were located on St. Charles. I even have my daughter going there now. They take care of you as a oon as you walk in to when you're finished and leaving
out. Couldn't ask for a better Dr's office!!!!!

The staff at Mid-city are like a family that you haven’t seen in days. You are ready to give a hug but due to Covid there’s a smile through the mask . They’re always professional and you’re able to talk to them openly and you can let your guard down and tell him exactly how you’re feeling with no judgment.
I will recommend this site to anyone looking for a doctor and friendly staff.

I hate to share my experience because I won’t get my appointment when I want too. But, the Ochsner mid city clinic is a wonderful place to be seen! Every one there is so pleasant! Especially my favorite doctor... Dr.Langefel. Some doctors like to rush you to move on to the next patient. She has never made me feel rushed. Just a really cool physician with a really cool staff!

I'm always treated well by all the staff and my doctor cares about my health. I'm so happy to be cared for by Dr. Langfels. My Diabetes was out of control, but she has me at a great blood sugar now.

I Love the Mid City clinic. Dr. Langfels, Dr. Tebbe and staff are top notch. Ms. Kim in scheduling, Ms. Kim Lawson, nurse and everyone else are always helpful with inviting smiles and pleasant dispositions. Dr. Langfels is my PCP and I wouldn't trade her for all the tea in China. She caring attentive and supportive. The entire office is extended family for me.

I stumbled upon this gem of an OB office after having a bad experience somewhere else and I was in need of an OB and pregnancy confirmation and boy do they not disappoint. The front desk women are so warm and welcoming, Breana the nurse is incredible and Doctor Jeansonne is a legitimate saint who I am so sad I will only now see once a year for my well women’s visit until I get pregnant again. I would never go anywhere else again. I feel genuinely taken care of and I know they have my best interest at heart!

Dr. Lori is one best doctors around. She genuinely cares about her patients. The staff are also amazing, they are kind, caring and will go the extra mile for you.

I wouldnt want to go anywhere else but Ochsner! From the scheduling to leaving its always warm friendly greeting. the young girl at the machine was very nice and understanding, i am a little hard of hearing but she was really patient with me, then the nurse who brought me back and did the scan was equally professional, kind great customer service! Penny has been with Ochsner for as long as I can remember and I’d the best. Nurse was great. And I live Dr Langefeld.

Centrally located in Midcity on Carrollton in the businesses located by Juan’s Flying Burrito and Winn Dixie parking lot. Waiting time was at a minimum, took a few cultures and I was in and out in little less than 30 minutes. Will go there again for any other Urgent Care needs

The entire staff of Ochsner Mid-City is always friendly and professional. This is why I choose to entrust my care to my primary physician, Dr. Lora Langefels. Thank you all and God bless in these trying times.

Everyone at Mid City is terrific. Appointment was with Nurse Practitioner Meghan Traylor. First visit with her. Found her to be engaged, thoughtful, caring and professional. Nurse Tara is always great and thorough.

Dr.was very thorough. All questions were answered. The office staff was polite. I did not wait long to be seen by medical assistant and doctor.

Dr. Tebbe is the greatest physician I've ever had. He actually takes time to listen and root out what the problem is instead just trying slap a cookie cutter remedy on it and pushing you out the door. Highly recommend!!!

Warmly greeted the second you enter the office. The staff is amazing! When you talk to the doctor she listens to you and works with you to figure out the best corrective care needed to help you feel 100% again.

Dr. Lora Langefels is always very professional. She listens to your concerns and address them. When I leave her office I'm very satisfied.

The staff is timely, very efficient, so pleasant, caring and excellently supportive of Doctor and especially of me.
