GORC Park

What a large area! Fields galore and a ton of walking paths and trails. I hit it up around 7AM this morning and it was early enough to still have some space to myself. Took my dogs there to walk and play. With the large extra fields I had room to throw a ball and let them run out all their energy. Can’t wait to go again. The location is terrific and it’s extremly easy to access. Everyone there was super friendly!

Great community area in Odenton. Had no idea it was there nor the size of it. Went for kids GORC night which was a really great event for the kids. Gotta say I'm much happier with GORC than I was with i9 Sports.

I went there to watch fireworks / parking was crazy cars all over / lines for vendors were very long ( consider more vendors or space out drinks/ ice cream in multiple locations) . Was a rainy start to evening , glad to see everyone still came out to celebrate

Peaceful, and a nice place to walk. Played with this woman's pet that was very people friendly.

Nice jogging trail with lots of parking. The trail is a little hilly so you get a nice workout. There is a small unpaved trail that goes along a gully that's about 30ft deep in spots. Very beautiful! The park itself has a couple of basket ball courts, 2 baseball diamonds, and a football field. There is also a kids park. You'll see lots of people bring their dogs here. But no poop bags. The community right next to the park has them. Thank you!

Super beautiful little park nestled away in the Piney Orchard area of Odenton.

Playground was empty, ball fields were full. Tons of parents celebrating their kids playing sports. There was an ice cream truck.

For a very, very brief while, we felt like there was no COVID. And it was fantastic.

Awesome park, highly recommend it as long as you are being safe and practicing social distancing.

The park was very nice with lots of room for kids to play. There's a nice playground with several swings and large walls to climb. There are large open fields to run and play soccer or baseball.

I love this park. It is tucked in and quiet. Several fields and a couple walking paths. It is kept relatively clean. It has a swing set and some playground equipment for little kids, and bright lights for games.

We just finished sledding and there was room for everyone with 3 different areas to sled with different sized slopes. I felt like a kid again. If you go, please don't litter. People are dropping a lot of trash at the parks and that's just wrong. Seen it at GORC and others.

Awesome public recreation park. Football, baseball, and basketball. Batting cages. Playground and walking trails. Public bath house, but it's locked most of the time. Unfortunately no tennis courts. Parking can be an issue for tournaments, but just means that you have to park on Strawberry Lake and walk a bit.

Been going here for years! My kids grew up there and now I attend my grandsons baseball games there. Great park and being updated now by the county!

Beautiful area that is great for walks, jogging, and more. There is a park for kids to play on with swings and a jungle gym. There are also indoor bathroom facilities and water fountains. (currently closed due to COVID).

Great spot for families

My dog and I love this place for morning walking and sitting on the grass and enjoying sun when it's warm. Park is not big, but very well organized and well-kept.

Great Park with a lot of fields for youth sports and nice playground area for the younger kids as well.
