The service is more then you expect, Their clients are treated with the up most respect they explain everything to you you are assigned a physical therapist to work with you they care about their clients & well-being to get you to what your gold is partaing to your Health. I would Recommend Star Physical Therapy to anyone who is need of help .I wish I could give them all a Big Raise. Sarah !!!

This is my first time ever having physical therapy, so I didn’t know what to expect. Everyone is so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Josue has been great with explaining the different exercises and how they’ll help to improve my ROM. The amount of progress that I’ve made because of this group of people is amazing. So, yes, I would definitely suggest STAR to my friends and family!😊

My doctor recommended physical therapy after a shoulder injury. Star was highly recommended. The clinic is in a convenient location and very clean. All members of staff are authentically friendly, and the sessions fly by in such an upbeat environment.

I have seen great improvement through their care and instruction.

Very relaxing and conducive to treatment plan. Work well as a team and appears that each client get the attention that they need. I have been to quite a few therapist and I can honestly say that my experience was hands down the best that I have ever had. The therapist are very friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and very professional. The assistants and the office is equally as nice. The facility is clean and spacious. All together it makes for a very pleasant rehab experience.

I am truly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all the staff. They are cordial and welcoming, and have led me through routines that are helping to reduce the pain that brought me there in the first place. I am very happy I chose STAR- Lakefront.

Initially I went to Star Physical Therapy for evaluation of my arthritic shoulders. I was in constant pain. My Doctor said replacement of shoulders was needed. I do no want replacement. Star Physical Therapy said they could help but not100%. I trusted their honesty. I have been through more than half the 12 sessions recommended by Star. I have improvement. Great group of therapists working to reduce my pain.

Clean facilities. Extremely cooperative. Easy to find & parking available at no cost .staff is also pleasant and polite. And a little extra for their clients with a free t-shirt and a drawing for a free meal. Nice place, so far so good !

Amazing staff and atmosphere at Star Physical therapy! I’ve been for two sessions so far and notice a difference already. They are professional and have practical protocols as well deep knowledge. Highly recommend.

I have really enjoyed my treatment at Star. I had a knee replacement and within two weeks, I no longer had to use my walker. I have not had to use a cane or crutches. The staff is wonderful and have really assisted with my recovery. They hold me accountable for my own progress with care and concern. Great team!!!

This place is small in numbers but great in caring. Very professional, very friendly. Works hard with their clients and let you be yourself. I've been here only for a short time, but when it's time for therapy, I look forward to going. The people and atmosphere at this place is awesome.

Everyone from the owner/operator , the physical therapists, and the clerks at the front desk are professional and courteous. They are willing to explain what they are doing and why. The office is never too crowded with clients, so the environment felt medically safe.

I enjoy my PT sessions at this conveniently located office. I worked with Star on the northshore and they did wonders for my shoulder.

The staff are great and very helpful. You can see they enjoy their jobs and the people who come to get therapy there.

The therapists at Star Physical Therapy are caring and compassionate. Joi encourages and distracts me when I think the therapy is too difficult. It's obvious she enjoys helping people!
