So I LOVE excellent customer service and there is no doubt management hires and trains staff to exceed this expectation. Every staff member I encountered smiled, greeted me and if appropriate stepped aside to let me pass, opened the door or asked if they could be of service 🥹💯

This location is on the water, thus the views are lovely. There's a fireplace, soft smooth jazz playing and everywhere is clean and tidy.

The brunch menu was original and tasty. I somehow even enjoyed a cheddar waffle... Nope it didn't taste like a cheeseburger. All of the food was seasoned to perfection, no extra salt or pepper required. Wizard chefs in the kitchen I suppose 😀. I apologize for the lack of photos. I had destroyed my plate before I remembered I hadn't taken pictures 😲, next time👍🏽

Absolutely lovely date night location and they also have a private room for parties. I've eaten at the Charthouse in Vegas as well as Old Town Alexandria and they are all great places to eat but the Annapolis location seemed brighter lit, cozier and more welcoming.
I'll be back 😎

Food atmosphere and service were really top notch! We enjoyed everything from start to finish. The surf and turf sushi roll was really excellent! The prime rib was so flavorful and delicious. We will definitely be returning next time we visit!

I had such an exquisite time here. What a way to bring in the New Year’s. Everything was delicious, from the warm bread and 3 dipping choices, to the cream of crab soup, the Lambchops were cooked to perfection and juicy to the most creamiest mash potatoes I have ever tasted. The Crispy Calamari was the best I have ever had. The cherry cheesecake and chocolate lava cake was perfection. I always finish off my meal with an espresso martini, very “Impressive” lol. Plus the Butterfly Effect Cocktail was so beautiful to watch being made. The atmosphere was chic and relaxing. And that ocean view, oh my. I will definitely be back to try more fabulous dinner options.

My boyfriend and I literally just left here and oh my goodness was it amazing! First of all, our server, Norman, was incredible. He was so kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Norman kept us smiling the whole evening and he was on point with the food and with the service! The food was delicious in and of itself, we ordered the wagyu tomahawk steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and we ordered the seafood tower for 2. Every single bite we had was heaven! Thank you Norman for being so amazing and making our anniversary an unforgettable one! We WILL be coming here again!

The NY Strip Oscar style was amazing! Might just be the best calamari we've ever had! The mashed potatoe skillet was on another level! Scott B elevated the experience for us providing amazing suggestions and superior service! Highly recommend!!

My husband went for our 10 year anniversary and we had a wonderful experience. Our service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Our waiter reccomended the Hot Lava Cake for dessert and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be back.

Visited last evening and what a magnificent change from the "Old Chart House"! We were greeted by Tatianna Grasso-Beatty, manager/Dir. of Wine - and her team and along with my brother, was given the VIP treatment the entire evening. Our server, Ashley was so knowledgeable provided 5 star service the entire meal! Amazing cocktails and appetizers and have to mention - The BEST stake I've ever had (thank you Chef). Hats off to Tatianna and her wonderfully trained staff - Thank you for an amazing experience with the best view of Annapolis!

Beautiful environment, polite service. Loved that they had a dj playing high energy but relaxing fun music. It was such a upbeat and pleasant experience.

We came here for my boyfriend’s 28th birthday. Jordan was our server and he was amazing! Created truly an incredible experience for us both. the food was phenomenal and the restaurant being right in the water was really cool too. can’t wait to be back

I went last month for my 40th birthday and it was hands down the best decision! Everything was amazing from drinks to dessert! Just amazing! The escargot was delicious! The sea bass with lobster risotto had me in love and the blood orange crème brulee was addictive! And our waiter was the best! Chart House is my new favorite place

My husband and I ate year during the summer and loved it. We had a wonderful date night. We took our time enjoying the meal, view and time together.

Our server, John was wonderful and view attentive. He recommended various dishes, which was so helpful. We apologized because we had $200 in gift cards, (a gift from our in-laws). He didn't seemed phased and took the payment with no problem.

We ordered the Crispy Escargot (a must!!), Branzino, Prime Rib 14oz, Bacon Bussell Sprouts (so good!!) and the Lava Cake.

We took home leftovers, because there was so much.

This place was really cool on the water. We had never been and honestly went for the tomahawk steak. Our order was the surf and turf roll.. amazing. Then we got the crab dip too which was delicious. We finished with Tomahawk and Lobster Rigatoni, and my gosh, was this a phenomenal meal. Our servers name was Jamie, and he was amazing. It's worth every penny. Went here for our monthly sister & Nieces dinner and everything was ahhhmazing! From the minute we walked in the doors, to our table with the stunning view of the Chesapeake in Annapolis,MD!

I started with oysters Rockefeller, followed by Chilean sea bass atop lobster risotto and a side of crab Oscar over asparagus. My youngest sister got the scallops & Brussel Sprouts, while my two older sisters & Nieces started with the crab dip, shrimp cocktail, cream of crab, and a Caesar salad and they all ordered the filet with twin tails. EVERYTHING we had was #chefskiss!.

And don't get me started on the drinks ...I had the butterfly made with Casamigos - talk about strong & worth every penny. My two sisters got the mojito flights, wile my one niece got a cosmo martini, and the other something fruity with Cuervo. We each finished with a slice of cheesecake and creme brulee to round out the night.

We will all be back and next time I'm getting the scallops!

Oh and our server AMBER was the bomb...Gio was right about that!

Stopped in for drinks and appetizers after our sunset cruise. Beautiful restaurant with stunning views. We opted to sit at the bar and ordered the Crispy Escargot and the Kim Chee Calamari. WOW!! Both appetizers were spot on and impressive in presentation and flavor. Their display of wine cannot be missed. Very elegant!

Blessed to not having a long wait for tables, we got window seats. It was quite busy, but we got our wine and water right away. Our waiter gave a description of the entre and we started with the crabcake@softshell on tomatoes. EXCELLENT!
We decided on steamed clams with grilled toast. Then, deep fried bass with Japanese vegetables and fragrant rice.
For dessert, we had a chocolate lava cake with Charter House's homemade strawberry ice cream and one lava cake with chocolate-peanut butter-ice cream.
I limit my salt intake, so each of the main entries was perfectly seasoned with minimum salt added.
There were so many choices to pick from, which made you want to come back to try other foods.
Highly recommend!

Love love love the mango stacks. I come here for the mango stacks and their drinks happy hr is great. First come first serve. Always greats service great atmosphere and food.

My son and his family took my wife and me to dinner for my 60th birthday. The Char House was amazing, with great food and service. This was a memorable experience.

My wife treated me for my birthday and it was wonderful from the minute we walked in the door. Service was great. The food was average. Wasn't crazy about the house veggies. Seemed a little over cooked. The Apple blackened King Salmon was good size and portion. The cream of crab was delicious, rolls were fresh and my drink was just right. I received a free slice of cake for my birthday...eh it was alright but my wife ordered cheesecake 😋 omg!
I also received the menu with acknowledgement of my birthday. I prefer that over someone singing. 😌
Definitely going back.

One of the best dining experiences you can have. The Chart House has always been good but it’s even better now. It’s now called the Chart House Prime. The service is awesome and the new menu is incredible. Ashley was our server and you could tell from her greeting how excited she is about the new food. She was the best. We highly recommend the Chart House in Annapolis and ask for Ashley.
