Steve significantly jump started my recovery; he is caring, considerate, and creates a calm space. I first visited after a hard fall that had caused my neck to stiffen to the point that I could not turn to my right at all. Steve listened to my concerns and my description of how my body was feeling so that he could efficiently help recovery, and after my first visit I made immediate strides to feeling better. I've been a return customer ever since.

I have had massages with Steve for the last couple years and he is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I have some back issues and he has really helped keep me functioning with deep tissue massage. Just came back from a long trip that aggravated my hip and lower back and I feel so much better after just one massage with Steve. I cannot recommend him enough.

Steve gives e wonderful and thorough massage. I can say that I have never had this good a massage ever. He works the usual places for muscle tightness and I feel great all over when he has completed the massage.

Steve was great! First time with a male therapist and it was very comfortable. I've had many massages before, and I really liked how he did some passive stretching in the massage. He also listened compassionately and attentively to my concerns.

Steve is so good at what he does!! I've been going to see him for years! He has helped me when I have a specific pain that I need help with such as my back or neck; I twisted my pelvis a year ago and his work was invaluable! Nice quiet private space and easy to find. Steve has a great personality and he talks and connects with you before the session begins so that he can give you the perfect session. He hit all the right spots in my neck and back and worked out the kinks so that my body relaxed and I was able to sleep better. I definitely will be seeing him again.

Had shoulder and upper back pain and stiffness, which would improve temporarily with massage. After several sessions Steve told me he had seen a pattern of this type of muscle spasm with cervical disc disease, and sure enough he was right! I was most impressed that he told me this despite the fact that it would mean I would stop going for massage - this demonstrates a high level of integrity. Very knowledgeable regarding muscle groups, and is an experienced therapist - highly recommended!

I was introduced to Hands on Health through groupon and my first massage was with Steve. He is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had and I have continued to go to him when I can. I have been to many since and none compare. He was good at working out kinks and knowing when muscles were tight, and the techniques he used were awesome! I now live out of town and miss his massages dearly! Hopefully I will be back one day...

Wish I could give Steve six stars! I had messed up my rotor cuff big time moving a heavy piece of Machinery at work. Lot of pain and Limited Mobility, the whole nightmare. After just one session, it was like I was cured. Remarkable message and knowledge. Immediately set up another three sessions to keep it that way. Best massage therapist I have ever had over the years. I most highly recommend!
