Panera Bread

This dinner was first class tonight! Their food was fresh and I would highly recommend stopping here before you take your next destination. I will be back here again when I have another gift card.

This Panera is on the newer side. We stopped by for broccoli soup (yum!) and chicken frontega sandwich on fresh focaccia bread. Delicious and prepared pretty quick. The soda machine looked like it was leaking (?) but still worked fine. Our bill was about $35 total.

The food and the cashier, Aspen, both get 5 stars. Aspen was patient with me being a new guest. She recommended the bacon turkey bravo sandwich paired with the creamy tomato soup. Chefs kiss! This pairing truly was a comfort and made my heart happy. I have never been to Panera Bread however will definitely become a regular. Thank you Aspen for the recommendation and great service.

Have had nothing but great experiences here! The staff are extraordinarily kind and super attentive to all customer needs — worker Amanda was especially accommodating and knowledgeable. And the food is awesome. Thanks for being a place to come and get a great cup of soup and a kind smile from a wonderful staff!

I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Jen at this location for going above and beyond for her customers (I’m not sure if she was a manager or just an employee) I’ve worked in food/ managed food for a long time so I know good customer service when I see it! I live 5 mins away from the Panera on Hendersonville rd and the service there is always just iffy and turns out the quality of what I wanted to buy wasn’t good enough for me so I didn’t get anything (very common there, very sad) but then called another panera (20 mins away from my home) and they had it! So I drove there to still find good quality baked goods at 7pm!! Jen had my bagel wrapped up waiting for me and threw in an extra “bc she said she made them good 😊 “…I had such a hard day the kind gesture just made me cry a little. So thank you Jen, for caring to your core!

The food was really good we got a family meal. Spent about 60$, but we had soup for lunch the next day. I also got one of their bowels my wife and I shared. There were four of us, so for us, it was worth it, plus cookies came with it. As a tourist, this was great for my small family and I. So I highly recommend 👌 👍

My absolute favorite restaurant in the world. Especially since I've been sick and have to eat soup a lot or be sick throwing up. With my health issues now, until I have surgery, I adore their homestyle chicken noodle soup! The soup is not expensive and is great on my stomach. Plus the bread adds in a little something so I'm not hungry. I have made this my new favorite place until I'm well.

Nice experience all the way around 😀 This is my go to place for coffee and bagel before work. 😄

Yesterday my drive through order was filled incorrectly. I noticed order was wrong when I got home. I called back and spoke with Max. He was so professional and kind. He told me to come back at my convenience and he would make it right. I returned today. He had my order made perfectly and gave me a complimentary dessert and drink. All with a smile. Thanks Max and Panera bread.

BE NICE TO THESE PEOPLE!!!! They are overworked and underpaid and they are trying the best they can!! These are human beings!! No one should be leaving one star reviews over soup!! I hope everyone’s day gets better 🙏🙏🙏

Visited Panera in Ashville. Greeted warmly at counter. Order was placed in person and processed quickly. I had 1/2 tuna sandwich. Very good, light meal. Coffee, black, was excellent. Very busy, beautiful morning. Table had to be wiped off, but it did not detract from an enjoyable dining experience.

The drive thru was closed. There were no cashiers. You ring yourself up on tablets. I do not share this info to complain. I understand why they are currently operating this way. I am mentioning it for anyone who will have a problem with it. You should go somewhere else. Leave these poor people alone. As for the food, it was great as always. Took mine to go. Thank you for feeding me.

Flatbread pizza was large enough to share! Pepperoni very tasty.

If Panera bread were in a chi chi part of town with bored teens serving you then we’d see all 5 stars. The food is fresh, pastries delicious and prices very fair. You snobs!

I instantly regretted my choice to get in the drive thru line since all I actually wanted was a coffee but it was a choice I couldn't un-make. Was very pleasantly surprised at the alacrity with which the three cars in front of me were taken care of--3 minutes per order seems pretty good for a not-exactly-fast-food restaurant. Coffee was good too.

Tried 2 beverages we hadn't had before - the Madagascar Vanilla Almond Cold Brew, and the Charged Lemonade (Mango Yuzu Citrus) - and both were yummy! 👏👏💜

Easy to find location, good ambiance, friendly staff.
