Brittany Place Apartments

Brittany Place was a great experience over my 4.5 years there. My dog, Bruce, and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and befriending the neighbors, never really came across any mean tenants and always had good interactions with the management team. I recommend the single bedroom units at 35 Brittany Estates.

I have lived here for about 3 years and have loved every bit of it! Kim in the front office has been the absolute BEST since the day I moved in. The management team has been so unbelievably kind and attentive with any inquiry. The maintenance team is unmatched. Any issue you have in your apartment they work diligently to fix. Every staff member here is tremendously respectful of your time and space. If you want a more private living space this is the place for you. On the contrary I will say that if you want to branch out you can do that too. I can honestly say I have made lifelong friends of all ages here with my neighbors. I wouldn't look any further than Brittany Place for a place to call home for however long you need.

The buildings and landscaping are beautiful and well-maintained. Their maintenance staff are very thorough and efficient. The Management and office staff are extremely professional and helpful. Everyone is so nice! The atmosphere is great, and they have a lot of amenities included with rent. I love living here!

I absolutely love my apartment. It is beautiful, clean and quiet. Management is wonderful!!! They are friendly, helpful and very Thorough. I feel very safe here and that was my top priority when searching for locations. I highly recommend Brittany Place Apartments 😊

Stacy was so friendly and helpful with the process. We got in late and they had us and the apartment all set up with the greatest, most unexpected welcome package that made the transition sweeter! Our family loves it here.

I have been a resident of Brittany Place Apartments in Hendersonville for well over ten years. I have enjoyed my time here very much. In my experience with them, management has always been responsive to my needs in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. Likewise for maintenance. It is very seldom that a complaint or request does not get addressed - and usually resolved - within the same day. The property is maintained very well and I appreciate management’s commitment to providing a safe, attractive and pleasant environment in which to live.

I love living at Brittany Place! The staff is very professional, kind & available. There are lots of sidewalks, the swimming pool is fun & the maintenance crew is capable. The floor plan of my 1-bedroom apartment makes it seem larger than it is. It is the quietest place I've ever lived.

Brittany Place is a tranquil place to live. I am so blessed to live in a safe place. I am so glad to be close to everything yet in a mountain haven. It is fun for my grand kids the pool and playground. Listening to the geese come over the complex in the morning and evening is my favorite thing. Come move in.

We recently relocated to Hendersonville from Arizona and reserved our apartment before we made the move. Our experience with the office staff has been excellent from the first day my wife called from Arizona and spoke with Kim. Stacie became our primary contact after that and she was so helpful with answering our endless questions, not only about Brittany Place but also about Hendersonville in general since we are new to the area. The office staff is friendly, responsive and great to work with; they go the extra mile even though I know they are very busy. The maintenance staff is equally responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The few maintenance requests we submitted after move-in were taken care of very promptly by Andrew and the office even called to make sure everything was resolved. We are enjoying our apartment, which is at the back of the property in Phase I. It is very bright and cheerful. We have only been here for a few months but are happy that we chose Brittany Place!

Helpful caring staff, affordable rent, clean with good landscaping and trash pickup! As a person who has lived a dozen apartments over 25 years I can say this one is a great value.

I recently had a maintenance issue and Andrew Johnson the maintenance supervisor was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, answered every question I had, explained in detail everything that was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. He sat in the kitchen to make sure my issue was resolved before leaving. I can't say enough about that young man.

We moved to Hendersonville 3 months ago and are enjoying our residence here at Brittany Place! It is centrally located to the highway, main roads, many stores, and so many things to do and explore! Anytime we've had a maintenance request it's taken care of right away. The apartments are beautiful, bright, and open! The office staff is friendly and welcoming and were so helpful during our cross country move.

The staff at Brittany Place is wonderful, very focused on their renters. Facilities are very well kept. Apartments are designed very well. Ample space in the bedrooms for a queen bed and dresser. Closets are spacious. Location is great. Gas, groceries, movie theatre, etc. are nearby.

I have just moved in a few months ago with my boyfriend. He was relocated to NC area. We have lived in three other apartment communities and this exceeds them all. We have never been helped so professionally by any other office staff and maintenance. They all seem to care and make our problems theirs. It is nice to be in a wonderful community like Brittany Place. We wanted to say thanks to everyone for help making our move more manageable.

The Manager has been nothing but helpful since I moved. This place is well kept and clean. Close to gas and stores. Most neighbors quiet. Its a great place to live! Come check it out. I have been extremely happy living here and feel safe all the time

Brittany place has been a five-star from the very beginning. I moved in almost a year ago and just signed a new lease. From the first time I toured with Annette till I get there later things have remained amazing. Annette worked very hard with me in the beginning and she's continued to work with me every since all the people that I have dealt with at Brittany place have been amazing the manager Gerry is very friendly and very responsive to your needs as I said Annette is amazing and Stacy as well it's awesome. I have only had one maintenance request since I've been there for a kitchen light I put the request in online and had a response within an hour that it was taken care of I couldn't ask for a better place to live. This is definitely a five-star apartment complex thanks to the staff at Brittany

I lived at Brittany Place for the past 2 years and during my stay I cannot express enough how pleased I am with both the maintenance service and office staff especially, Gerry, who is like having an angel on your shoulder.

I searched the area well before selecting Brittany Place. I found that Brittany Place offered the best value - reasonable rent, quality and size apartment, amenities, and well kept grounds.The grounds are very well maintained including the offered amenities. The neighbors are friendly most kept themselves but gestured a wave in pass-by.

I really enjoyed my stay at Brittany Place and highly recommend to anyone who is searching for an apartment that is well maintained with safe and friendly environment.

Been living here for a few years now, they have always been kind to us. The rent has not gone up much each year at all.

Just moved in here a couple of days ago. Not only was the apartment in impeccable condition due to its new construction, but the staff, particularly Annette, was more than happy to help us with anything we needed. Fantastic amenities, convenient location, and an on call maintenance staff make this by far the best apartment I've ever lived in.

I have been living here at Brittany Place for a couple of months now and I couldn’t be happier. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The area is right where I need to be. I’m so glad I chose Brittany Place I would definitely recommend this apartment community.
