Village Pizza of Nags Head

Great local pizza that has become our new go to when we come down to the beach.

Tried the plain and margherita and both were cooked perfectly with very fresh ingredients. Both were light and easy to eat.

They even have gluten free and cauliflower crust options.

Great pizza spot.

Hands down the best vegan pizza I have ever had! Great customer service and I loved the vibes inside. They have two restrooms inside for customers. Will definitely come back when I’m in OBX

absolutely incredible experience, we ordered it multiple times on our trip. the amount of chicken on our bbq chicken and buffalo chicken pizza was unreal, very generous servings and the pizza took about 10 minutes longer than expected so they offered us free garlic knots which were AMAZING although slightly too salty for my taste (which was my only complaint on all food). we had wings, pizza and salad from there, all of which were phenomenal. we met the owner who was very sweet and the staff at the front were sooo kind and generous. I can’t recommend this shop enough!

Great pizza. I enjoyed the well done pizza they actually gave us for free (thanks guys, you rock). Salads were fantastic and garlic knots-yum!!! Awesome!

Sister and myself tried this place on our trip to OBX. Highly recommend. They were very accommodating. We had a Large pizza that they let us do half BBQ chicken and half BBQ brisket. Soooo good. I recommend asking if you can get a little BBQ sauce for dipping the crust in. Sauce was super good. Cheese sticks you get 4 in an order but they are huge. Sicilian knots great if your love garlic. Next time we come to OBX we will be looking this place again.

UPDATE - I have a house nearby - been here at dozen times. My last order from a couple weeks ago was abysmal!!!

Ordered 4 Pizzas with different toppings. Picked up the pizzas about 25 minutes after ordering…. ALL of the crusts were over cooked (like cardboard) and the toppings were dry. VERY disappointing…

The large salad was good - at least that has not gone downhill.

There are a few other local pizza places nearby which are all good…. Give them a try…

Village pizza is a little Pizza shop in a shopping center with the Oceans souvenir store their pizza is amazing as it is in my top 3 pizza and places ever their cheese is very salty cheesy and kind of garlicky and their garlic knots are also very good.However, they are strong due to all the cheese on them all in all if you are in the OBX go stop by the best pizza shop in the OBX in Village Pizza.

The best tasting pizza on the OBX and probably the most scrumptious pizza I've ever had. The crust is just right (not too thick or thin), and the sausage and pepperoni had a kick of spice, just the way I like it, of high quality and was made with a good amount of toppings👌🏾. I've also had the buffalo chicken pizza there, and it's really good. My friends ordered the BBQ brisket pizza (we didn't take any pics of it), but we've concluded that this is our go-to pizza spot when we're in town. The boss, Scot, is committed to excellent service, he's super friendly and is very passionate about his goods 😁. He makes the time for his people and that gave me a sense of belonging. If you're in Nags Head, I highly recommend that you order from here💯

Awesome! The pizza is fantastic! Loaded with toppings and a fresh crust. The people that work there are great and very friendly. Some of the best pizza I have ever had anywhere. Highly recommend!

Got the Seafood Market pizza. It was amazing- worth the price. Thick with shrimp and scallops and the scampi base and cheese were perfect. Just so flavorful and lovely people when I went to pick it up on 11-10-23.

BEST PIZZA IN OBX HANDS DOWN. Probably best ive had anywhere. Amazing service. Got a small brisket pizza and a small pepperoni. They upgraded us to larges for both! Workers were extremely nice (maybe the owner), he was extremely caring and you could tell he cares about his customers. His appreciation for customers is like nothing ive ever seen before, keep it up! Trust me, dont go anywhere else for pizza around here, they cant touch this spot! Brisket was as good as brisket ive had at bbq restaurants. Can tell it was very fresh. Crust was awesome. We truly appreciate the customer service here, it made our night. Will order here from now on whenever we are in the area.

Wow! We hit this place on our way out of OBX with our kiddos (absolutely exhausted of course). We went shortly before closing and the staff was still super friendly and eager to serve us! The pizzas were phenomenal! I mean… top notch. We really don’t leave reviews often but I felt inclined to do so here because the pizza was really that good. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and Buffalo chicken pizza. It was by far the best Buffalo chicken pizza my husband and I have ever had. We have tried a lot of buff chicken pizza at places and this was our favorite by a lot. Think boneless Buffalo wings loaded on a crisp pizza crust. Yum!!! It was so good. We imagine their wings have to be delicious. We make our own wing sauce at home but this Buffalo wing sauce was very good and the perfect amount of spice. We also ordered the basket of fries with cheese and bacon. We had to heat them up in the air fryer by the time we walked our 2 miles back to the Airbnb 😂 but once thrown in the air fryer, also delicious! We both agreed, next year when we come back this is our pizza spot. We normally stay in Corolla. But we will make an effort to stop at this shop… it was that good! And the staff was seriously super friendly! That’s always a bonus too. ☺

phenomenal pizza & french fries! I ordered half meat & half cheese, came out perfectly! they have big pieces of ham in there (definitely not a issue for me tho :) ) so if you dont like ham to much dont get ham lol, but 10/10! came up to 29 for a 26 inch pizza & a fries basket, I highly recommend you try this pizza spot!

Best hidden gem on the beach. DELICIOUS pizza, with a variety of sides, and the best customer service! The Greek salad is so yummy, and the bbq pizza is so unique and a family favorite. We appreciate their consistency and variety of deliciousness!! Thank you Village Pizza!

One of the best pizzas I’ve had. Everyone in there was extremely nice, he even apologized for not saying hi when we walked in because he was on the phone. Visiting from mass and hope to be back again!

This was a HUGE hit for our family! The pizza was the best pizza we’ve ever had! 11 of us on vacation (7 adults, 4 kids) 3 - 16 inch and 2 - 12 inch pizzas, and only 2 pieces of pizza left over when we were done.
We ordered the Hawaiian, Meat, Seafood, and plain cheese. All were delicious and full of flavor, from the crust to the toppings!
The owner and staff were so super friendly and made us feel like family too. Really wish this place was close to home for us, it would be our go to pizza place!!

What a fantastic place! My husband and brother in law walked there today from our beach house and they weren’t open quite yet. The owner, Scott, saw them outside and politely came to out to speak with them. They asked if the sauce in the pizza has basil, as we have some allergies in our party. He kindly offered to make our pizza order without basil and could not have been more accommodating. We had pizzas, house salad and garlic knots for our party of 17 and it was fantastic!! We are from PA and are very happy we found this place while on vacation. Thank you Scott and Village Pizza for your kindness! Highly recommend supporting this fantastic business!!

The pizza is unbelievable! Crispy yet chewy crust, amazing sauce and delicious toppings! Chatted with Scott the owner while waiting for our pizza, so friendly and welcoming! Next time we are back in town this will be our first stop.

We came at 1pm and received 1 small pizza, garlic knots, and a small salad within 20 minutes. Pizza was delicious. Ranch is good too. Garlic knots were okay. Salad was fresh. But what really made the experience was the owner. Very nice guy and incredibly welcoming. Bummer that there’s no seating inside but there are picnic tables outside with umbrellas.
