We originally had them come to unclog a toilet. We had them come back the following week to replace a toilet. Jeremy Wheeless came both times and did a professional job! I love that you do not charge by the hour, you have standard pricing! Mr. Rooter is oirugo to PLUMBER always we highly recommend you!

We had a cast iron drain pipe in our basement rot out. We called Mr Rooter and they had a technician out in 10 minutes. The next day Dave Bunk came by for a second opinion and called in to rearrange his schedule to take care of us that day.

All the work looks great, they cleaned up leaving the room better than they found it. Couldn’t be happier with our service from Dave and team.

They are the absolute best plumbing service I've experienced. Michael is very patient and reassuring on the phone when taking your call. They get every detail. And the team of Dave and Jake has helped us tremendously around the holidays now twice for issues we didn't expect with a broken pipe and the line. They take time to listen to every question you have and answer you. And the best thing is that they totally know the ins and outs of the house when they return for a job months or years down the road. One of our preferred businesses in Western North Carolina.

Initially Evan came out to install 2 faucets and fix a leak in a 3rd sink. He encountered some atypical situations that required more work than it initially appeared, and ultimately he was unable to resolve the issues that arose. Thankfully, I brought up these issues with Adam and he came out and went above and beyond to fix all the issues, answer all my questions, and make sure I was happy with all the work. I would 100% recommend these guys. Adam is a real stand up guy who stands behind his work and the work of his team - and if there are any issues just be polite, voice them to him, and he will make sure you are taken care of. Despite some initial hiccups I will absolutely be using Adam and his team again for future projects and maintenance. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Dave Bunk and the man working with him were efficient and cleaned up all work areas (this was much appreciated). We found them to be a pleasure to have do our repairs and will certainly call on Mr Rooter in the future for any plumbing issues...but, certainly we hope we won't have any issues :-)

Face it, plumbing is expensive, so it’s challenging to feel good value, but I was lucky enough to get Dave and his associate to work our job. They were through, effective and efficient. And they cleaned up after themselves. They responded quickly to my Angi request, came out, gave me the estimate, and a couple of hours later, the job was done. Thank you! They also guarantee their work for FIVE years.

A quick 8am phone call to the helpful receptionist, and Dave and his assistant were out to us within 2 hours. They detailed what they were going to do to figure out our clogged pipes; then determined that roots were our problem, via their pipe-camera. They quickly pushed their "saw" through our main pipe; re-filmed; and showed us all the film. They gave us extra info (such as the neighbor's pipe being connected to ours!), gave us practical options for future (new pipes), and even spoke with our local city water guys about that new pipe work. And, gone by 1pm after we'd paid what we'd agreed to. "Mr. Rooter" provided a professional and helpful service, they could not have been better. Thank you - we'll be back for future work.

Jeremy & Juan were amazing. They assessed the problem, explained the proposed work, went and got the items to do the repair and stayed until 8:00 PM fixing it. VERY impressed.

I called 3 companies, put off to next week for 2, and Mr Rooter's team showed up early, diagnosed the problem, went back for heavy pressure washer drain cleaner and found exit for the drain and a pile of big roots growing inside the drain, cleaned all and done in 40 minutes or less. i was impressed

Paul came out and checked all the usual places. He started in the kitchen and asked me if I had any issues. My back was to him and he sounded like Patrick Mahomes just not the same build. I am sensitive to voices and can recognize voices better than faces. I asked to check the bathroom that I used. He had turned the pressure down and moved the water shut-off valve closer to the back entrance place. I told that the crawl space was OK because I usually check it if I hear strange noised. He signed me up for another year of the Advantage Plan. Just like a furnace, you never know if your water pressure is too high & other little things. Ha! Ha!.

Was able to come out the same day...others were booked weeks in advance. Arrived earlier than expected. Gentleman was courteous and very knowledgeable. He found a surprising problem that was a surprise to all of us! Although not cheap in price, the satisfaction & overall service was great.
