Pinnacle Animal Hospital

I’ve been taking my pups to Pinnacle for over a decade— and that’s not dog years. The vets are so so kind and good. They’re honest about the hard stuff and also very assuring about the not hard stuff. They don’t suggest tests or plans or other “run the price up” I’ve dealt with at other places. There’re there for the animals and the people who love animals. Sunny and Poe like them.

We have been bringing our two 9-year old dogs to Pinnacle Animal since they were tiny puppies. We love Dr. Tim and the entire staff there. Stephanie is always there to greet us and our dogs. They have taken tremendous care of both of them and are incredibly gentle, caring and attentive to their needs, with quick response and fast communication. I can not recommend this entire team more highly.

I was able to have Kaiyah seen after a very long night with her vomiting and itching. She was given a thorough examination and medications for her symptoms. It didn't cost me a fortune for the meds and services. I received a follow-up call the next day. We are always treated with kindness and all questions/concerns are addressed. Dr. McMullan and the team are knowledgeable and give excellent care to Kaiyah. We used them for our other two Shih-Tzus prior to their passing. Pinnacle Animal Hospital is the BEST, hands down.

Some of the best humans possible to help me when my animals aren’t feeling great. They help me feel empowered to make the best decisions to help my dogs feel better. Whole staff is amazing. So thankful for them.

They were really great. Got us in ASAP for my piggy (guinea pig). Got her all fixed up and got us the medicine to bring home after showing us how to apply it gently and carefully, and what to look for. And I was actually blown away at the price of the appt also. The last time I had to take a piggy to a vet for an emergency I had to go to a pet ER type chain. (I don't want to name names because they were great too, but... ) it cost me literally double what I paid here at Pinnacle. And the Vet here seemed to have SO much knowledge on guinea pigs. He was so kind and caring, and all the other technicians we spoke to seemed to be the same. I believe this is our new place for our piggys healthcare. Thanks Pinnacle Animal Hospital! 🥰🩺🐹❤👨🏻‍⚕🤗

We love this practice! My dog has been coming to Pinnacle for about 8 years now and loves everyone in the practice. We’ve had visits with all of the vets and techs and they’re all very kind and gentle with my girl. As a service puppy raiser for over 10 years I’ve had many extra pups through the practice as well and Pinnacle does a great job of setting up positive experiences for the animals from the get go for a lifelong positive view of going to the vet. And while their waiting room is very small they manage their clients so well that I’ve never had to actually wait in the waiting room. This practice has my love and appreciation for their care of my animals.

I love this vet practice. I took my rabbit to be seen there last month. After a great experience, I decided to contact them about my cat who had been on a dental waiting list for 10 months. They helped my little baby cat out. They did a thorough review of her and then scheduled her for a cleaning and some extractions. I am so happy she has been taken care of. It’s only been 2 days and I can tell she feels better already. I’m taking my bunny to be spayed in several weeks. This practice is amazingly communicative and I’m so happy to have found a good vet for my babies! Scheduling my other cat for a check up in January so I can get him in too. I’ve never had such good things to say about a vet practice as I do Pinnacle.

Love this place! Great people that really care about their furry patients and go the extra to make them comfortable. We've always been really well taken care of and our dogs love going there too!

Dr. McMullen was great! He was very attentive and had good suggestions for my improving my dog's allergies. He didn't recommend unnecessary expenses. This was the first time my pup has had a wellness visit for less than $500 in his life! I'm so glad we switched from Animal Hospital of North Asheville.

Dr. McMullan and all of the staff at Pinnacle provide outstanding care!!! They listen, evaluate and treat each pet with great expertise and kindness too. I used to go to AHNA with my 3 dogs. When that practice began to change so much, I found Pinnacle and have been extremely happy there for over a year now. I'll continue to take my dogs to Pinnacle! I will say it again, outstanding care!!

We just moved into town and in need of a good animal hospital for our dog Max. Pinnacle was recommended to us by our neighbor and we have been very pleased with the service. Not only did they welcome us for our first meeting but we had a small emergency with Max's paw. I called Pinnacle and they were stacked up but promised to give me a call back as they tried to fit Max into their schedule. Shortly, I got a call back and they took Max in right away. Great people, great dog knowledge. We recommend Pinnacle Animal Hospital to all.

We brought our 13 y/o shih tzu in for a dental cleaning and we are beyond happy!! Given our dog’s age we obviously had tons of concerns about the procedure, but the staff was empathetic, helpful, and patient with us as we made our decision. We scheduled for January and the procedure went amazing!! She had 13 extractions, and the price for procedure was far lower than what I’d been quoted at other vets. She healed AMAZINGLY despite the 13 extractions. Obviously healing time can vary for different dogs but I am just soooo thankful they were so gentle with my senior girl :’)

My dog, Winston, just turned a year old and is very excited at the vet, but very nervous too. Every person we encountered at Pinnacle was so wonderful with him and did an amazing job at calming him down. I loved how instead of putting your animals up on a cold, hard table, they get on the floor with the animals and really make them feel comfortable!

Beyond thankful this vet could see my Guinea pig for an emergency today when our normal vet couldn’t see us due to their schedule being full. This office didn’t have an opening but still worked my piggy in. The staff and the doctor were extremely friendly and caring. I think we have found our new vet home and couldn’t be happier! ❤

New to the area, so just a wellness check for my boy Utah. Everyone was super nice and actually EDUCATED me on some questions I had regarding some vaccinations. I appreciated all the information and will be back for his next check up.
