Allergy Partners of the Piedmont

As a person with asthma and severe allergies to cats, dogs, pollen, etc. I decided to come here and get officially tested on all allergies. Dr. Joel Hartman and his staff are very attentive and caring. They asked all the appropriate questions and advised me of all the options I had and what was the best course of action for my condition. I now see them every 6 months for my routine check ups and also come bi weekly for allergy shots(use to be weekly). The process for the shots is quick and easy. They have a separate area for the shots and your in and out within 15 minutes. Love this office and their entire staff!

I'm 60 years old and I have visited many health care providers. I think this has overall been the best experience of my adult life. The appointment was easy; online registration was a huge bonus; I was seen promptly at my appointment time; I was given instructions on everything that was going to happen; services were delivered as instructed; I had a great and honest conversation with the doctor; all of my questions were listened to and effectively answered. I was treated as if my time was as important at theirs. I super appreciate the professionalism and quality of care that I received. Truly one of the best experiences in my adult life.

The providers here were not only very knowledgeable but also very kind. I took my infant daughter for testing today, and she was inconsolable while awaiting the test to finish. The nurse was so kind and popped her head in part way through with some items she had looked around for to try and make my daughter feel better/distract her. I was so thankful to have a provider with such an excellent bedside manner. The doctor as well was also very helpful in working with my daughter, and very helpful in walking me through next steps when we came back with some positive results for allergies. I highly recommend this practice!

Great experience again! I have been a patient in the past but had been able to get my allergies under control. Recently had an issue and got an appointment quick and when I went in it was like I had been seeing Dr Nastasi on a regular basis. He remembered me and we went over how things had been. Excellent treatment and next plans. Definitely would recommend this office and him as a provider.

Dr. Hartman is an amazing doctor. Because allergies have been bothering me for a long time, I came here through the referral of other doctors. The whole consultation process was very pleasant! He answered all my questions and was very patient! Also very professional! I totally agree with others and highly recommend it to everyone.

The Drs. and nurses are all very nice and understanding. Sometimes the allergy shots will hurt more depending on the nurse but it’s okay because it’s so quick.

Excellent, Professional, Educational and Friendly. Their Phone, Text and Email along with the online preregistration is a big plus. Their reminder calls and text messaging has been outstanding. They get 10 Stars to date from me 👍🏾

They were so friendly and professional. It made me feel like I was at a family practice. I was so comfortable and well taken care of.

I took my 10 month old daughter here for the first time today after a referral from her pediatrician. The staff were all extremely friendly and were so sweet to my girl. Dr. Hoffmann was amazing and was very thorough when asking about allergies/symptoms/reactions. We unfortunately confirmed an egg allergy, which led to having to be prescribed an epipen, which i was extremely nervous about, but one of the nurses came in and explained to me very thoroughly how to use it, and explained the next steps to me.

Wait times were a little longer than expected, but it’s a doctors office, it happens. My infant was perfectly content.

I’m so grateful that everyone was so sweet and good to her, and i definitely would recommend others to this location.

Really appreciate Dr McPhereson and her team. They were very careful, giving time to me during the visit, helping to diagnose allergies, and asthma triggers as well as set up treatment plans. Even a year later, they respond very quickly to a message with a callback and send in Rx as needed. Such a rare blessing to find doctors and staff that truly care!

Was surprised how quick we we're seen, we had an early appointment for our son was in and out within an hour. Dr and nurse were very nice, well mannered, and genuinely cared for our kid and his situation. Took our concerns into consideration and scheduled a follow up for that reason alone. Absolutely loved it

I highly recommend this office! I saw Dr. Hartman at the Winston location and could not be more pleased. He and his team were incredible. He took so much time with me asking questions and talking to me about my symptoms. The skin test was thorough and breathing treatments were explained. My entire visit was fantastic. Make an appointment with Dr. Hartman and you won't regret it! A plan of action was explained and I expect tremendous progress to made concerning my health.

Dr. Hoffmann is the best! My son and I have been patients here for YEARS. During COVID, they made us feel so safe coming in to get my shots. Very responsive and truly care for patients. I highly recommend this practice for anyone with seasonal or food allergies!! A common sense approach that anyone can get on board with.

My daughter and me both see Dr. Hartman and he is great. I have a friend whose kids see him also and they love him as well. First, my daughter was referred to him for various potential allergies, then myself. This practice does one thing that I think personally is very important. If more than one family member is referred to the practice itself. They automatically keep you with the same doctor as that first family member.

Dr.Hartman is the absolute best! Thank you for helping my daughter with her allergies! I wish we hadn't moved 7 hours away. Sending blessings and good wishes from Ohio!

Awesome experience! The providers at this allergy practice are top-notch! I have seen almost all of their providers at some point over the years. They go above and beyond to help treat my allergic conditions! I can't say enough good things about everyone at Allergy Partners of the Piedmont.
