Washed a absolutely trashed area and rug here. Used the scrub brush and scrubbed both front and back, then used the power rinse and couldn't believe how gross the water was. They let me use the rug doctor that I rented to suck out all the water. My husband Andy said i would never get it white again. But in the end he had to admit that it looked new when I was done. So, is it a good car wash? Don't know, never washed my car here, but anyone who had a ruined area rug that they love, should consider cleaning it here before throwing it out.

It's a small store, but the employee's were super helpful and kind! I had a great experience here! Worth noting that this Gamestop is NOT connected to the main hallway inside the mall, so you'll need to walk around the building to get to it.

Chris is very helpful. I'm very comfortable when I go inside this store. It's like a home away from home. The staff make sure your questions are answered. You feel welcome. They provide prestige quality customer service

The employees are always helpful and enjoyable to speak to. When they ask if you need help, it doesn't feel like they are stalking you hoping to catch you stealing something. They are very knowledgeable about mostly all video games and console. A breath of fresh air!!!

Had a great experience today. Chris, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful pointing me in the right direction as far as what system I want for the family. He knew so much about the system and the games for it. It certainly helped me feel good about my purchase.

Best GameStop in the area! The manager and employees are helpful and knowledgeable, yet there is a no pressure feel when I go in. I have personally witnessed the managers professionalism during his handling of an angry customer. He was above reproach in his actions regardless of how aggressively the customer treated him. I am NOT a "gamer" and often times I am mildly intimidated at the process of shopping for my two sons(10&8)who enjoy video games. This store will ALWAYS be my go-to! Chris(manager) was very helpful and welcoming. He is very knowledgeable and the customer care and service I, not only, experienced but witnessed with other customers was impressive, to say the very least.
Because of Chris, this Game Stop will forever be the one I visit for any gaming needs!!!

I never write reviews but my trip to GameStop was so pleasant I will this once. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. Cant wait for my new xbox to finish downloading Red Dead 2 so I can start playing!

People there are always ready to help. I go here to get items I need for my son. If I have questions they are always excited to help. I love that I can go in and trust them to help me. Love this store.....

Chris is amazing. I came in to buy a few games with my rambunctious toddler in tow. Not only was he extremely helpful he played with her while I browsed. He made her feel special and still engaged in nerdy banter with me. Gamestop is lucky to have him.

Finally enjoy going to this game stop again. After years of bad management and poorly trained staff they are finally getting it together. New staff and management are great. Store looks better than it has in years. Happy to start going back.

Spent about 30 minutes looking for a hoodie that wasn't in stock online or in store, and manager Ciara was able to locate one for me after calling about eight GameStops. Now that's amazing service. Super pleased -- this team really went to bat for me. Thank you so much!
