Cagney's of Kernersville

We dine in at Cagney’s often. Their food is delicious and affordable. We think their breakfast is the best in the area, and it is served all day. We haven’t had a bad meal in the years we have eaten there. I enjoy their Friday flounder special. My husband likes their shrimp. They offer senior and kids a special discounted menu. Can’t go wrong at Cagney’s.

After living in Kernersville for 5 years I finally tried them out. I've been here for breakfast and dinner this past month and it has been great both times. They have huge portion sizes and the food is pretty tasty too. Oh and the children's pizza was surprisingly delicious not to be a pizza place.

Has a bit of a diner feel with a wide selection of foods, and the prices were great. The staff were all amazing as well too and quick service. They also have that good resturaunt ranch as well!

The wife and I stopped here on our way back home from vacation and Dalene was our server. She was wonderful and professional. The food was awesome and got to us in a timely manner! We will come back and I will tell everyone that it’s a great place to eat! Thanks for helping us out Dalene! God bless!

My first time trying Cagney's and was pleasantly surprised. Food portions are large so bring your appetite. Lots of side items to choose from, all homemade I believe. I had the daily special Meatloaf which comes with mash potatoes & gravy plus two additional side choices. It was delicious! Service was prompt and courteous. I recommend Cagney's, give them a try. 👍🏼

Wonderful restaurant. The food is fresh and lots of healthy ingredients in the chicken souvlaki platter with tzatziki and salad. Definitely recommend. I even had some leftover for later! My husband had the gyro platter which he said also was good. Wait staff were friendly even though they were understaffed and working extra hard. We live a long way away however whenever we're back close to that neighborhood we would definitely go back to Cagney's.

So glad I found this spot, it's quick and convenient from my work for lunch. The ladies are always super sweet & friendly and the food is always cooked to perfection and tastes so delicious. If I could give this place 100 ☆'s, I would. I never get tired of this place and definitely recommend to EVERYONE!!!! Their breakfast food is my absolute favorite 🥰😋

This is the spot to be! Cagneys is a fantastic restaurant with a very friendly staff, amazing food, fair prices and wonderful family environment! This is a great place for any meal! Breakfast, lunch or dinner! They sure know how to make you feel welcome! I will forever be a regular at this location. Thankful to have found such a great restaurant!

I enjoyed my 1st lunch at Cagney's-Kernersville. Spaghetti, salad, and garlic toast were delicious. Very large entree = a second meal! Will definitely return. Very wide menu selection to meet everyon÷xs tastes. Very reasonable prices.

After settling for the convenience (*and price) less than mediocre pizza from delivery, I decided that I needed to re-experience real pizza at Cagney's . A long lost love affair with ' za has been rekindled by Cagney's . Perfect Pizza, perfect service and atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

We started eating here about a year ago. The menu offers a great variety, and we have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. Comfortable atmosphere and reasonable prices, too.

Excellent service. Experienced waitress staff. Clean, accommodating families, or seniors. Portions generous. Hot food, drinks delivered timely. Refills timely. Quality of food excellent.

Cagney's is always delicious. I don't care what i get breakfast, lunch, or dinner the food is great. The service is always prompt and everyone is super friendly. This is one of my favorite places and I like all of the locations I've visited.

This place is an awesome local and passerby location that you stop at for a good bite to eat for breakfast, and, or lunch!!! There are quite a few rising locations that Cagney's has been buying from previous business owners, and just keeping the same interior and switching it to their style of food, which is awesome because not every Cagney's will have the same feel to it, but will have the same great taste. Not every Cagney's is owned by the same owner, but I believe that they are still all owned by their family. This location here is one of the best, because it is convenient to all the morning traffic on their commute to work, and also located to all the businesses that close for lunch time. The waitresses a d staff are really friendly and the restaurant is really clean as well, with quick service.

I was told that I had to try the pizza at Cagney’s here in Kernersville. I am particular about my pizza since I normally make mine from scratch at home. But sometimes we don’t want the labor of love needed to knead the dough. So I decided to give them a try. I called in my take out order and already I knew things were going to be great. Haleigh took my order and had the biggest smile I have ever heard over the phone. She was bubbly and very pleasant. I arrived at the restaurant soon after only to be greeted by her. The attitude of Haleigh is so addicting and is amongst the best ever. I picked up my pizza and took it home. I tried a piece and have to say it is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. AND their pizzas are cheaper than their local competitors. It really isn’t even close. If you like a good New York style pizza similar to Elizabeth’s, then you have to try this place. I am also sure that Haleigh’s attitude added some flavor as well. Great Job Cagneys!!!

Like most reviews. The food presentation is more or less not at all impressive. Who gaf it was delicious. Literally like you would make for family. Good prices.
