Harris Teeter

I have been shopping at this Harris Teeter for a super long time and consider it my primary grocery store. I love the people who work here because they make me feel like family. The pharmacy is very old fashioned in the way they do things and gets to know their patients as people and not a name on the prescription. I want to especially thank Gina the manager, Greg the pharmacist, Patrick the pharmacist, and Cori the pharmacy tech. These four people have always made a positive impact on me and keep me coming back.

LOVE this store!!! Found the most fabulous roasted turkey breast, incredible freshly baked bread, rolls and desserts and everything else we needed!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Was able to get my frozen Harris Teeter turkey today for 29 cents a pound with a 40.00 grocery purchase. This makes me happy for my upcoming Thanksgiving dinner for 2023.

I shop here quite often it’s clean and well stocked. The staff here are friendly. Ms. Robin, at self check out, is always helpful, friendly, and soft spoken. I recommend this location.

Harris Teeter Supermarket on South Main in Kernersville, North Carolina, is a fully stocked grocery store which provides reasonable prices, convenient access, clean facilities and good customer service to make sure customers can find and pay for what they need quickly. Food, pharmacy, beer/wine, bakery, fruit and vegetables - whatever you need for the house, it is probably available here.

They have a Starbucks and a hot Asian food bar. What's not to love?

Always have the products, fresh produce and fruit and my favorite Harris Teeter brand ice cream. Great service and staff.

My visits at Harris Teeter have always gone well. The staff is so nice and the store is beyond clean. When I go to a store and can't find something, I can always find it here. They are stocked with fresh fruits and veggies at all times. The bakery answers any questions I may have while looking for any gluten free or vegan snacks. I love it here!

The grocery store is great and can have good sales. It is basically a fancier version of Kroger. And I finally found a good pharmacy after having so much trouble with another chain pharmacy in this area

A very clean and accessible store. There are plenty of helpful people around if questions arise. We've also noticed that they have a great stock to choose from, including higher tier items. Everything we need in one place -- so it's become our go-to store.
A special mention goes to the deli and bakery, as they also have wonderful service and selections.

Got pick-up service for the first time due to an injury and it couldn't have been better! From the online ordering to the short pick-up in the dedicated lane, everything was easy and the order was 100% correct. I even got a call from the manager when an item was out of stock - and the young lady loading groceries into my truck was very nice and very quick. I would recommend HT to anyone who expects great service!

This is a great store, in particular Suzanne who was working customer service is a real example of what going above and beyond means. I left my bank card at home and instead of turning away my business just because it would have been too difficult she let me set an online order up she went in changed the date went through the pic order process which was a headache of a program for her to do and then still thanked me for my business I'm very impressed. Not to mention they were slam packed due to it being mother's Day

Although I still love the people who work there and the place is pretty good, of course it's more expensive but mostly it's worth it, however the quality of the fish is not what it was nor is the variety. I used to buy my fish and meat only here but now I go to a fish store. Just a heads up.

I love this place. The workers are much more friendly than Walmart even though the pay is the same. Managers hello! I also know managers in Harris Teeter who are so accommodating and they train the people that work there 2 care or at least they hire people who care. And they're always willing to accommodate you. And the meat that will be going out of date is usually less expensive than Walmart it is fresher. I'm always pleased with what I get and if I'm not they always, without question, take it back. Harris teeter is awesome! Beautiful store, lots to choose from. Higher priced then most stores but I still shop there.

I think Harris teeter is the nicest grovery store in the area. Great selection of fresh meat and seafood at the counters, friendly employees, great produce section with an excellent selection of herbs and local produce. Also a good value with their weekly specials! So good selection, clean stores, friendly and helpful employees, and good prices what more could you ask for!

I just wanted to say, I’ve been in Kernersville and have shopped at Harris Teeter for over 3 years there and it has always been an exceptional store but yesterday they helped me (the manager(lady)) and the gentleman working self checkout, I was having a rough today between getting out of surgery earlier that day and having to take my grandson to the doctor to find out he had RSV, but for what y’all did for me I am eternally grateful and I intend on paying that forward…. Thank you all so much!!!
