Food Lion

This location is a clean store that is usually stocked up and easy to find items. I Love that they have friendly customer service to check you out, they have self check out as well. If you remember like me when it used to be preferred customer service checking you out and the people interacton instead of a cold machine this is a Great Store.

Friendly staff, well stocked, self check-out available, clean and organized

Like most Food Lion locations, the one in Kernersville offered a wide variety of food and drink items. We found what we were looking for and the staff was nice.

Store was very clean, even in the restrooms. Nothing was in the way and management was great! Staff always willing to help. Cashiers friendly and chatty. I went through cashier number 202's line (Grace) and she was super energetic and friendly, even double bagging for me before i even asked. 5/5, definitely will go again!

Bright newer store, much nicer than my previous neighborhood location in Reidsville, NC. This store also seems to be usually well stocked and has the things I'm looking for. Handicap scooter was quite slow for a large store but perhaps next time I'll get a bit faster one. Just happy that you have them available.

Great store. Wonderful deli lots of cold cuts and cheese. Great thing for a sweet tooth. Much more. They have good fruit 🍑. They always have great buys on a great range of meat. An lots more.

Great experience. Very clean store. Well stocked and a very good selection. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Food Lion stores are usually conveniently located, this located is near everything. Walmart, Target. Pet Depot, restaurant, and drug stores and a whole lot more. Check out the Kernersville Food Lion on Main Street. You'll be glad you did.

Very friendly staff. Prices are fair, customer service is great, always helpful and ready at the drop of a dime. Bathroom was clean, floors were clean and free of debris. Manager was extremely helpful and helped me find what I needed in just a few seconds. Showing me exactly where it was.

All the cashier's are very helpful to the customers especially the disable customers. They will take your groceries out your scooter and bag it and put it back. They do it with a smile. They always ask if I need help getting my grocery in my car. Just nice respectful employees. I love shopping here. When Im in town visiting my daughter.

Great selection fair prices and not overly crowded like Walmart.

Eddie the manager here is fantastic. He is very customer-service oriented and his personality shows. We appreciate that he interacts with us that we are always encouraged to come back! Also, the bakery here is awesome and does a good job with all the cakes that we order. This Food Lion is the best one in the triad!

Today, this Food Lion had a greeter and my cashier was extremely* helpful before and while I was in his line! Employees seemed to be glad to have customers! Way to go, Food Lion! Keep up the great work!! It shows!!!
