I’m big on leaving reviews - good & bad because I know it’s difficult for the management to notice all the time BUT I hope you give recognition how your employee Patrick, the one in the register is doing an AMAZING job. He helped us resolve the issue we had in Concord Mills related to promotion, he made it easy for us to buy another pairs of shoes because he explained very well how your ongoing promotion works. You need more people like that. They’re the front liners of your business so it’s important to give recognition for them to feel valuable. Thanks, Patrick!

Clean store, nice staff... much better deals than the Shoe Department in the mall. BOGO 1/2 on most shoes... got 4 pairs for $125. Great clearance section as well.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted in a manner that made me feel happy to shop there. This one guy helped me with my choices of shoes and we managed to narrow down a perfect pair. I believe his name was Jason. The entire staff there at the store when I visited was nice and friendly. The two gentlemen at the counter were very pleasant!!!

Seth was so helpful. I love taking my kids there for the BOGO deals. This store is clean and well organized. Park near the Olive Garden to get there quickly.

I luv Rack Room Shoe Store n they have great prices n the BOGO Sale luv it. Found my shoes I was looking for n had gotten my shoes n my hubby a pair of work shoes u get 1 pair n ur 2nd pair 50% off. Definitely going bk. U also get rewards.

Great customer service!! They were out of stock on the shoe that I wanted. The associate offered to contact another store for them to hold them for me. They were at the checkout counter when I arrived. This was exceptional service!!

We had a mix up with shoes we ordered in store. We took them back to the store and they helped is find a store that had the correct shoe and size and fixed the problem very quickly! Love rack room

Good Place to get some fresh shoes for you and the family friendly staff.

Lots of nice looking shoes. If you have regular width feet you are sure to find something you like here. If you have wide feet the options are much more limited.
