Make an exchange. Very helpful staff in women’s dept. The young lady that waited on me, showed me how to use the Belk app and scan the QR code on something I liked and located in another Belk store! No one else had ever took your time. It is so cool!

I like how this location carries Vineyard Vines, in other Belk stores it seems to be non existent. Wish they had more options in suit vests. There’s some of us who want our outfits to slay. For church, the bar, or the office. Blazers aren’t always practical. So far, I haven’t experienced anything bizarre in the store itself. The restrooms could use some work. It’s less busy in the mornings during the weekdays.

Standards have greatly improved since my last visit. Customer service is amazing. Everyone was helpful and very kind.

Lovely place to shop, but they need more people on the floor. Especially at Christmas time. The people that were there were exceptional.

Belk is quite big. There are many big and small brands. They have many beauty products counter with consultants to check them out. The second floor has more everyday affordable clothes. It is located inside Hanes mall, so many times you get lost. Like many other shops, many times the store will not have items you need, but they can order you from online.
I like cotton clothes here. Levi's jeans. I have never liked your girls' collection here. They have columbia jackets. Fishing clothes and jackets. Men clothing collection is also 👌 good.
Purse, bag collection is of wide range.

Belk is amazing and it's been passed down through the generations in my family..This was my mom's favorite store and now its mine!

I fell asleep behind a shoe rack (I'm homeless) no one found me for 2 days. The AC was great.

Surprisingly nice for a Belk. Upscale presentation that easily competes with Dillards.

Store is very very clean. Clothes are folded, floors are clean, it is well lit, a very pleaset shopping experience. I went to jewelry and worked with the most pleasant employee I have ever net in a Belk. Becca is amazing. Because of her I ended up getting not only a watch but also a necklace for my wife. If you want someone who is a pleasure to work with and that is truly a great person go to her. She is the only person I will buy jewelry from now.

Went to buy a suit with my son and we could not have done it without Sherman’s help. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us, he gave us great advice and we trusted him and his judgement. We will shop again there because of him!

Got a redshirt. A red shirt is what I got. A wonderful red shirt and I got it. When I went here, I got a red shirt. People were nice. We were in really late. I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to be in there until closing❤

Ton and tons of clothes. Not much for the shoe dept but it is between seasons. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love Belk. I love the variety and friendliness of this department store in general. It tends to be clean and well organized with clothing lines for everyone, every occasion. There are great sales. The service at this particular one can be hit or miss. You can shop for quite a while in just about any department and not see a sales associate, but sometimes they are everywhere. They are always kind and helpful.
