This pharmacy is amazing. They are easy to get a hold of, they always answer the phones. The customer service here is top tier. When I *have* to switch a Rx to a chain like Walgreens/CVS for whatever the reason I always run into a plethora of issues and problems with these chains, never fails. I never have these problems with Kernersville pharmacy. They are friendly, helpful, informative and professional. Highly recommend.

Words can't express how much I appreciate this pharmacy. They have been taking care of the compound for my cat, for years now. Everyone is professional, and you can tell they really care about the well-being of their customers. I've recommended them to my entire family, and everyone who has switched to them is very satisfied.

I was very impressed with this pharmacy. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of health care supplies, They filled my prescription while I waited so I had time to browse and observe. Last September I had hip replacement surgery and needed a mobility kit to help get through the first few weeks of limited mobility. Not knowing where to find one locally I purchased a kit online that was similar but not as nice as the one they offer in this store. They will be my local pharmacy from now on.

Stan has been taking care of me since they opened. Him and his entire staff actually treat you like a person and not just a number. I moved for a bit and had to switch to a well known competitor. Let me just say how much more appreciative I am at the service Kernersville Pharmacy provides.

My wife and I have been doing business with Kernersville Pharmacy since they first opened. They are - by far - the best pharmacy in town and the best I've ever done business with. They fill your prescriptions quickly (often same day) and the staff is always exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient. I always get my flu shot here each fall and it is always a quick and easy process. Forget the chain drugstores and support this locally-owned business. You'll be glad you did!

This pharmacy compounds my cat's asthma medication. They really care about their customers well being. The compounder in particular is always helping me make this medication easier for my cat. Very happy with them!!

One of the few GREAT decisions I have made in the last year was switching to this pharmacy and dumping CVS. Friendly, locally owned. Pharmacy with all the modern chain store abilities. They have a fast drive up, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have things filled immediately and always do whatever I need to help. The inside is nice and friendly and comfortable with a great selection, but also the hometown store feel.
Don’t be discouraged by thinking your big brand pharmacy was better because it’s big brand. I made that mistake for too long.
UPDATE : it has been almost a year of steady prescription needs since moving to Kernersville pharmacy. I have to use another service for some of my needs due to insurance, however my care and attention to service when needed is still TOP NOTCH here at Kernersville Pharmacy.
If there is a cost issue, or a coupon from a manufacturer that is time sensitive or prohibitive, I’ll get a call explaining and offering me options. I can still be helped however I choose, but the go out of the way to make sure I am informed about the options, why, and how I could handle.
Additionally, the service here is so fast it takes me time to get used to. I will likely never go back to any big chain or anyone else.
I can email a provider and if they prescribe something, the pharmacy will literally call me before I get the return email. The drive up service is lightning fast, and super friendly. They will gladly grab me something off the shelf if needed. They wear their masks and respect public safety.
I haven’t gone so far out of my way to praise a business so much if I can remember, but I can’t stress enough this is so worth it.
Prices are comparable. It doesn’t cost you more for hometown service. Honestly it doesn’t.
This is a hometown business. You’re supporting the community directly and keeping food on local neighbors tables. You will more than likely never find anywhere better.

Support local! These guys are awesome, they take their time to ensure that you are happy and knowledgeable with your prescriptions. We had a specialty script that they couldn't assist us with (out of stock of necessary items to compound), they took the time to help me locate a pharmacy that would be able to compound my daughters medicine. They even called back afterwards to follow up, making sure we got it taken care of! They are fast and super friendly. We now use them for all of our prescriptions.

I am so happy I transferred all my prescriptions to Kernersville Pharmacy. Not only are all the staff wonderful but they really care about their customers. They aren't just another pharmacy doling out prescriptions. They go above and beyond getting their customers what they need and quickly. My only regret is not switching to them sooner.

My husband and I are so glad we discovered this pharmacy. They greet you with a smile and are very prompt in filling medications. It has that down home feel and that’s hard to find.
They take time and answer all your questions and don’t make you feel like a number .

My wife and I went here for our covid boosters and flu shots over the weekend. We had never been here before but will absolutely be going here for all our flu shots and other vaccinations going forward. It was so much more chill then Walgreens or CVS. The guy working the counter and the woman who administered the shots were both very friendly and professional.

I have been to just about every big box pharmacy in Kernersville and Winston-Salem and none have even come close to the curtesy, concern, helpfulness and friendliness as ALL the staff at Kernersville Pharmacy. I have always come away from Kernersville Pharmacy feeling they really care about me, my health and my business.

You have probably seen a bunch of reviews that say “I don’t usually write a review but…” or “This is my first review…” but this is truly my first public review because I never really felt strongly enough to have my name associated with a review of a business. In this case, I’m happy I can have my name associated with Kernersville Pharmacy and to show my appreciation for the great service they provide their customers.

The staff at Kernersville Pharmacy provide a Standard of Care that cannot be matched by "Big Box Pharmacies".
