Carnes Crossroads Dental

The service received at Carnes Dental was phenomenal! I was in excruciating pain and called a few other dental offices who advertised receiving walk-ins, but they were not! I called this office and they fit me right in. The staff is very nice and professional. I am one among a countless many who do not like to go to the dentist; however, this office of professionals not only made you feel welcomed, but made my fear of the dentist office dissipate. Dr. Mitchell is fabulous! I had to have a filling done, she made the experience pain free, especially since I hate needles. I never even felt the needle penetrate my gum! My experience there has been the best I've had in all my years of going to the dentist.

This was my 1st visit with Carnes Crossroads Dental. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The dentist made me feel very comfortable like I was talking with a friend. I HIGHLY recommend Carnes Crossroads Dental....5 stars across the board!!!!

Dr. Walker and his team at Carnes Crossroads Dental is the best! I am a super high Anxiety dental patient. He has really worked with me over the years and does everything possible to make me comfortable and at ease. They are great! I drive almost four hours to see him and it is so worth it! You will not be disappointed! They are awesome!

I genuinely enjoyed my visit to Carnes Crossroads Dental. I was early for my appointment and the RDH, Melanie, took me in right away and started cleaning my teeth. She was incredibly friendly, kind, gentle, and quick when she was working. She explained every step she took and provided a warm handoff to Dr. Cassandra Mitchell when she was done. They both are experts at what they do and are the kind of employees I will gladly continue to go back to ano support. I even left with some great recommendations for day trips to take my family to this summer. Thanks for your care!

I had my first appointment today. The staff was friendly, and the office was nice. My hygienist was Melanie. She was very professional, efficient, friendly, and explained everything. I have never had my teeth and gums documented so completely. She was the best hygienist I have been to for a long time. Very thorough cleaning. Dr Doug Walker did a good job explaining his concerns and we developed a plan for the future.

The Hygienist Kelly did an excellent job on my latest visit. The staff always makes sure you are satisfied with their work.

I just relocated to the area so I was looking for a Dentist Office! So, I went to Google and Carnes Crossroads came up! I looked at the reviews and they did not disappoint! Melanie is very thorough and professional! As she went along she explained everything! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! They are definitely five stars!!!!

I went for a new patient appointment. I have to say it was the most thorough and comprehensive exam I have ever had. Kelley was my hygienist and she make the entire appointment enjoyable! She was so full of energy and explained every thing she was doing. I am so thankful I chose this practice. Every single person I encountered was friendly and seemed to enjoy working here. I love this practice. Everyone is extremely friendly and personable. The level of care is unlike anything I've experienced previously with other providers, very thorough, addressing issues I was not fully aware of. Since being a patient, I've also noticed new "dental technology" I'd never seen before, so that tells me this practice is advancing with the times. These people are great!! Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the time I walked in. I was scared to death of the dentist but they took very good care of me and my procedure was difficult but they went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend and this is my new permanent dentist now!
