Great customer service! This was my first visit to a Fleet Feet and I was blown away by the experience. I came in wanting inserts for shoes that I’ve had forever! But I left with new shoes that feel better than any pair of shoes I’ve owned before. I didn’t know how comfortable the right pair of shoes can be! Thank you guys so much! You truly made a difference in my everyday comfort.

One of my favorite stores. While the name is a chain, the stores are locally owned and operated. It really shows. I have been shopping here for 3 years and it is my go to for running items. The staff is super friendly and make my family feel like regulars. They did a great job fitting us in the right shoes for our feet and running style. Never knew I needed stability shoes until coming here. That has transformed my running and no more injuries! We buy our nutrition here and they were instrumental in giving us good information to make wise choices. My wife and I just ran a half marathon that we both PR'd in. I credit our relationship with the Fleet Feet staff and their products to help us get there. I love seeing them at races and involved with fun activities. You won't regret coming here. The only negative thing I can think of is somehow my wallet magically opens and I buy stuff every time I go in there........... :)

Personalized computer foot analysis and shoe fitting was helpful. Friendly staff member Will was kind and helpful. A nice “home-style” local shoe store. Would highly recommend!

Danielle was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She wasn't pushy at all, but I walked out with probably the first pair of well-fitting running shoes I've ever owned. She took the time to find out about my past injuries and running program, and made recommendations that fit my needs. Awesome experience! My wife will be going in to get fitted shortly.

She went over the top attending to our every question & concern with expert advice. She made us feel like we were the most important customers and treated us like royalty!

Fleet feet of Carnes is hands down the best! We walked in not realizing they closed in 5 minutes, the manager said no worries we are gonna get you taken care of! They walked us through all the steps, we tried on shoes till we found the right ones. The staff was caring and very informative. We have found a new place to shop for sneakers!

The Carnes Crossroads location provided me top notch service. My experience there was excellent. I ordered the perfect pair of shoes for my feet after a through assessment of my feet and my gait. The staff not only friendly but very knowledgeable.

Highly recommend! Anna(Ana) there is very informative, knowledgeable and polite! They want to help put you in the most comfortable shoe depending upon what you are going to be doing while wearing them🙂 I'm on my feet all day long as a custodian and I went with New Balances and ladies....I'm in love, my feet haven't hurt not once and I'm almost finished with an 8 hour work day!! Don't wait, go now!!!

Danielle helped me tremendously to find the perfect pair of shoes. I am on my feet for 10+ hours daily on concrete floors and my main concern was finding shoes that didnt hurt after 5 hours (and i have tried many). She was so knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure of purchase. I have been wearing my new shoes all week and additionally got the socks & inserts for arch support. It has made a world of difference, no more foot, knee, or lower back pain. Give them a try, you wont regret it.

How I was the main focus,to get the best of what I needed before they move on to the next person. How their focus was only to me,to make sure I get the best that I needed. Listening was a big part of it.

I never heard that the hold was o my good for 48 hours until my requested shoes were sold. Still, I am grateful to have a Fleet Feet nearby and Danielle was able to guide me over the phone regarding what to order. I will send my son and husband in for fittings in January. I cannot say enough about Fleet Feet! Friendly greeting as soon as I came in the door, exceptional knowledge by the staff for all the products that were in house. Great options of quality products for sale even items to help strengthen my body. The testing for my feet was on point! The store performs feet assessments. I aquired through a phone call. Associate, Will, was friendly on the phone when I asked. I arrived shortly. I was immediately helped by Associate Jordan. I asked if I could have the foot assessment. I recently had hip surgery so I'm a little off balanced. I've had plantar fasciitis issues. She took all this into consideration. She asked if I was fine being barefoot. I walked down a hall and got on a foot machine. It looks like a large flat scale. It took 3D measurements of my feet. Jordan explained all the details to me. This helped her make the shoe choice decision. She brought out 4 different pairs of shoes. Helped me try on every single pair. My experience was about 45 minutes. She was very patient. I left there with a pair of socks, calf stretcher, muscle roller and 2 pairs of perfectly fitted Hoka's.

Danielle at this location was so knowledgeable and helpful! I’m recovering from a major foot surgery and she assisted me in finding the right shoe to ease my way back into shoes from my aircast boot. Difficult to imagine shoe shopping when I can’t walk in shoes quite yet, but she was very respectful of the guidance my PT gave and chipped in plenty of her own knowledge to help us find the right shoe on the second try. She was also incredibly patient as sliding my foot into a shoe for the first time was tedious and intimidating, but she sat patiently with me through it, providing calm support and recognition that this was a big deal to me.

My entire experience was awesome! Annie was very thorough and very professional. And, wow to the variety of products! Highly recommend!

Justin was exceptional on listening what my needs were and providing me with proper options. Did not pressure me on getting something I did not need or wanted. Great experience. Definately will be my go to for foot wear, not just my running shoes.
