No one loves going to the dentist but as a new patient, I was treated very well and they know their stuff. They explained my care plan simply and accurately. I have a good sense if humor and the staff picked up on that so we had a laugh or two. Very nice christian folks.

Well I just had a tooth extracted on my second visit, wasn’t impressed with my insurance and at first I thought the estimate was a little pricey. I have now realized I was wrong in my first opinion. The procedure went exactly as they said it would without any pain. The whole staff was exceptional. They work as a team and it was very apparent as they shared their knowledge. Thanks guys

I chose this place initially because of how close it is to home, but I’d choose it all over again because of the kind and competent staff and the quality care they deliver. The office is clean and comfortable, and making or rescheduling appointments is easy. Definitely recommend.

After moving to the Asheville area from Fl, I did a lot of researching for a new dentist. I found Dr Dollinger and have not been disappointed. He is a fabulous, very dedicated person. The staff and Dr dollinger is so friendly, fast and very caring. I have alot of problems with my teeth and haven't been to a dentist in an extremely long time. I came and he told me we will work something out where you will be able to not be in pain and also smile with confidence again. Great place, with great people that you can trust to take care of you and your teeth. I have anxiety and they help me to feel more relaxed and comfortable. They really care about their patients. Highly recommend. I also took my mom to the dentist today, she had to get three teeth pulled. He only charged for one. They're not only good at their job but they are kind and really care about their patients.

All the staff at Upwards Dental make going to the dentist as good as it can be! Dr. Dollinger, the highly competent assistants, the hygienist, the front desk staff - everybody works as a team to make your time in the attractive surroundings "painless!"

They were able to see me on short notice while I was on vacation. Everyone there was welcoming and made sure I was taken care of. I do not live near there so its unlikely I would be back but if I lived in the area this would be my dentist. Thanks for everything.

After having several poor experiences with other dental offices I have been very pleased with Uowards Dental. I have had routine cleanings as well as major dental work over the past 5 years with Dr.Dollinger and his team. Very kind and professional!

My 1st appt.was very encouraging to someone who had lost her faith in Dentistry. DR. Dollinger worked me into his schedule immediately and I left the office feeling a great sense of relief., in that I found the right solution to a very complex problem related to my overall health. He was also precise in telling me what procedures had to be done, and cost of each, and in what order. For all that, I am most grateful and , believe it or not, am actually looking forward to my next visit to the Dentist !

We absolutely love this place. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. They do care for you and will take there time to get to know you. My family just started coming to them for care and I have referred them to all my friends and family. They really try to connect with our hispanic roots and speak great spanish.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Upwards Dental. I recently moved to the area and had to go through the "not so fun" transition to a new dental practice. At first arrival it felt like family. The team was very welcoming, and we immediately hit it off. The comprehensive check I went through was by far the most thorough check I have ever experienced. Along with this, a very thorough insurance coverage analysis was provided to me. Before leaving on my first day, an appointment was cancelled, and they offered to fit me in to that time slot to begin taking steps toward executing my dental needs. Within 2 days we were able to knock out high priority issues. During that time, I believe I took 6 numbing needles and did not feel a single one. Following these procedures, I received personal texts checking in on me. AMAZING! I have never been at a point in life where I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist and seeing "the family". I would like to thank Jenny, Tenille, Blanca, Martine, Mikisha, Erica, and of course Doc for their attention to detail, their kindness, and making me feel so comfortable in an environment that can bring stress and anxiety. Feeling very fortunate to have found this group, looking forward to continuing our tooth journey, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for the best experience.
