I have seriously never had a better experience with a dentist. I needed tons of dental work and Dr. Olcott has spent the last year making me love my smile again. The assistants and hygienists are always kind. For once, I don’t feel overwhelmed or nervous for a dental visit. I couldn’t be happier with my choice!

I love this place. Fast, very friendly...she has hired new staff but they are on top of everything. Good with appointment reminders, and taking you back on time. Clean environment and did an amazing job fixing my teeth. Very happy.

Dr Olcott did a beautiful job on my husbands front tooth.Can’t even tell that it was chipped Great office and staff !!

I called to make a new patient appointment and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is a joke! Always has been, always will be... ever since Dr Delaine was gone and they first started out!
Now they won't see my son and I, they say it's been too long since we've been there and they won't accept a "new" adult Medicaid patient, even though we've been patients there since 2015 and 2019 AND the reason it's been so long is because THEY refused to answer or return my phone calls or put us on their schedule since 2019, even though I never missed an appointment unannounced.
I always called to cancel or reschedule NEVER a No Show once and contributed to by the three times that THEY canceled on US the same appointment day and made us reschedule!
Then they called one day with a cancellation spot and we confirmed TWICE...my husband was exactly 7 minutes late because of traffic on the interstate and they had already taken someone else and refused to see my son or ever reschedule again for either of us!!
It's a shame in Henderson County to be blessed enough to get medical assistant free ONLY to discover the joke of it once you need a dentist and aren't a child!!

Zero stars . Do not go here , worst experience in any health care setting I have ever had. Very unprofessional and rude , refused to see a child with a dental emergency (we had an appointment). I don't know how these people sleep at night

She left the office while hygienist was still working on patients. I think that’s illegal. We were all told we had to go home and call back reschedule.

Very unprofessional. The front desk receptionist is rudeish... Talks with an attitude. My husband had a dental appointment he waited weeks for. He gets there and calls to go in and she said she tried to call and let him know the appointment is cancelled, the dentist is out today. I get that but the kicker is she offers him an appointment in OCTOBER! Ok yeah right! If the dentists is out make arrangements for those you cancel on. This was our first experience with them as new patients. They lost our business, we will look elsewhere for our family's dentistry needs.

I wish I could give them a no star review. They call and reschedule my 7 year old son appointment not once but 4 times in a row. They say sorry the doctor had an emergency or is out sick. I have been trying to get him in to be seen for almost 3 months now. They will make a appointment then the morning of they call and reschedule it. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

After reviewing a few previous 1 star ratings I can definitely see a pattern. I have been waiting over a year for fillings and wisdom tooth removal. After my first referral to SC for wisdom tooth extraction I learned the surgical office no liver was accepting referrals from this office. They were also trying to send me to UNC for dental procedures they do not offer, I had figured this out after months of back and forth and them making me call to figure this out for myself. Now most recently the doctor has cancelled on me 3 or 4 times in the past few months from anything from illness to Covid shot complications.

If you have ANY options DO NOT GO HERE.

Now just to clarify the issues with that they choose to reply are confusing. The dental surgeons office always accepted my insurance I was specifically told by them they no longer take YOUR patients. This can only reflect on yourself when you are not allowed to refer to a dental surgeon, and still choose to refer people there. As for all the other complaints would you like to let the internet know about the hole I have in my tooth because you refused to do my fillings because my disability was to much of an inconvenience for you to work around. Which was not having to be in the chair for over an hour and a half which by no means seems unreasonable.

Office doesn't call back. Refuses to refer my child to an orthodontist that is closer than Charlotte. Completely unreasonable.

In response to your reply, funny you say it's out of network when the orthodontist I requested is the same one that his siblings go to. It was not an insurance issue. It's your office that has the issue with orthodontists in this area. Had multiple conversations regarding this with you.
