Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Summerville

I really love this place. Honestly, the service was amazing. Each member of their staff helped me feel at home during a difficult time. The rooms are very comfortable, and all they were what I expected them to be and mire. Great bed, good shower pressure, and furniture that moves easily in the room. They also just upgraded all of their TVs, which is always a plus. They have a nice fireplace in the back patio which was nice when the weather got colder at night. You just have to ask the front-desk person to turn it on for ya. They have great snacks in the lobby that are always accessible, and they are generous to provide all the water bottles you could need for your trip each day. They also have a nice gym, a great conference room, and a nice meeting room for larger groups.

Overall, I really appreciated the people, the hotel, and the location. This Nexton area has so many good restaurants so it was nice being so close to great food as well.

I’m very stayed here many times the past two years. Perfect location off the interstate. Far enough away from N Charleston and Charleston for very favorable rates, yet close enough to visit any landmark or touristy location within a 20 minute drive. Plenty of food options nearby too.

The front desk staff needs to be more hospitable and needs to smile and be friendlier. They don't seem too thrilled to be there. The ladies in housekeeping were great.

Great location and accommodations. Only bad element is that the showers are “open” (i.e., don’t have a door or other barrier) and the hot air escapes. We’ll be back when we’re visiting again.

Perfect location and solid concrete construction. I slept peacefully and quiet as I had family who stayed at another hotel near and the experience was not so good . I highly recommend this place.

Stayed for 4 nights and it was great! Super clean and comfy room! All of the staff we encountered were lovely. Especially the morning Bistro/coffee ladies! We will definitely return for our next Charleston trip! Our entire experience was wonderful here!

Clean and nice. Have to use the accessible room and the shower and sink are perfect for my wheelchair. The bed is a little high but still like the room. Housekeeping and front desk very accommodating and friendly.

This place was clean and smelled nice. They were very prompt when I needed a few toiletries. Will stay again.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend trip for our friend's 50th birthday celebration. The grounds are nicely kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room we were in had a king sized bed and a small living room area. There was a desk that could be used if you were there for business travel. Very clean.

Modern Courtyard! New style rooms, comfortable bed, big shower. Breakfast at Bistro was delicious but a little pricey ($33 for two sandwiches and OJs).

Staff was phenomenally friendly. Sadly, my stay was unexpectedly interrupted due to maintenance coming in my room without prior notice— however, Jenna from Accounting was extremely apologetic and made the situation right. I’ll be back.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. There's a very fancy common area with a big fireplace. Outside next to the pool is another common area with a big fire pit. It would have been nice to enjoy the fire pit if it hadn't been raining. The decor in the halls and rooms is also very nice with a sophisticated feel. I stayed on the fourth floor. The elevator ride was interestingly slow. For a moment, it made me think it was going to stop working. All of the staff and other guests I encountered were very nice and had the weather been better it was have been a pleasure to go walking around the surrounding neighborhood. The area is very beautifully designed.

Check-in was a breeze. Customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean beds with sanitized bathroom clean. Updated room love the mural on the walls. Beautiful place beautiful location easily accessible to any restaurant in the area all within walking. They accept pets which is totally awesome with a service dog. If I ever go back to Charleston South Carolina this Courtyard Marriott n Summerville is where I will be staying.

A very nice and comfortable hotel with a modern look and feel. The space was super clean, the room and bathroom we're quite large. The bed was very comfortable and hotel was nice and quiet. Staff was super friendly at check-in. The location is convenient to freeway access yet just far enough away that you don't have the freeway noise. If your travels bring you this way, don't hesitate to stay here for an evening.

This is a very chic modern hotel. Very clean you can smell the cleaning products throughout which I appreciate. Rooms are large with modern fixtures and comfortable amenities including bedding, fridge, safe, magnifying mirror. The pool is nice and there are several common areas offering stylish seating for gathering together throughout the property. There are sleek fireplaces throughout the lobby and a large firepit outside. Staff is friendly. No free breakfast. Plenty of parking. Appears to be shopping and dining near by. Situated off a main street next to a quiet apartment.

Rooms are large and tastefully decorated.. very modern with a lot of warmth. The beds and linens are wonderful and the shower is large with rain shower head. loved everything about it. Starbucks coffee was strong and delish, the avocado toast and balanced breakfast delish. The bar had nice selection of wine. Could use bar snacks would make it better. A beautiful hotel that we enjoyed.

The hotel was clean and had beautiful decor. The staff was wonderful. They were friendly and professional. I have stayed at a Courtyard Marriott in other states but this staff seem to always strive to go above and beyond what is expected. I would recommend any to stay at this establishment when they are in the area. I know I will visit them again.

Very nice hotel. Great location - we took early Saturday morning walk around hotel. Very clean and very comfortable rooms.

As always with all Marriott Courtyard I stay at it was a great stay. Rooms are clean and very nice. I was a little disappointed by the limited bistro hours and suspended room service option due to covid. That being said I always have a great stay when I am there. As always the staff was too notch, professional, and very pleasant to deal with.

Clean and modern. Friendly staff. Able to accommodate a room upgrade with our gold status. Used washer and dryer with no problems. Housekeeping was very good and I'm picky. We will be back!
