Awesome staff. I can't say enough about the helpfulness and recommendations they provided. They are absolutely the best. I would recommend them for any local U-Haul moves and storage needs. Tammy is phenomenal, cares, and it shows. Actually both Tracy and Tammy were great. I really appreciate your help!

I don't think I've ever had this good of customer service in my life. Tracy helped me on the phone with unit details and was very patient and understanding. When I went there, Tammy is the one that helped me as well as Tracy also having conversation and all. Both of those ladies treated me like gold and as if they'd known me forever. I don't need a unit yet but was looking at options, and they knew that, but still had so much patience with me and gave me a ton of information for when I'm ready. I wasn't sure what size I would need either so Tammy showed me probably 3 or 4 of them. They really know their stuff! I am 70 years old and I have seriously never felt so welcome in a store. I highly recommend going to see these ladies if you need storage!!!!!!

I made a reservation online and there was a glitch in the system. Tammy and Tracy were immediately on it and had it taken care of. They were both very patient with me and understanding of my patience. They've went above and beyond to not only correct an issue that was not their fault, but in their kindness, grace and understanding of my need to have it rectified ASAP.

Great rates and facility. Even better people for staff!

Tracy was very helpful. She answered every question we had and gave more helpful information that answered other questions we had. The price for a 10x10 unit wasn’t as expensive as we were expecting. The facility is very clean. Would recommend

This location is awesome….. Mrs.Tracy is always so helpful she went above and beyond to make sure that I found what I was looking for and that I had all the information I needed to make my decision. The property is always clean, inviting, and the office always smells so good….. 🤗…. An overall great experience!!!

The best location for storing in Goose Creek, Summerville, Carnes Crossroads, and the Nexton areas. Their staff go above and beyond with ensuring their customer needs are met. Also a great U-Haul location for those needing to make a move!

Tammy and Tracy are absolutely fantastic! I bought a unit in auction and had many questions about things. They helped me and were also able to answer all my questions. I'm old! LOL

I moved here from Northern New York. It was so convenient to be able to store my belongings and return U-Haul to same facility. The lady I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful. I certainly would use this facility again, if needed.

I currently rent a unit at their Moncks Corner, SC location. The units are very well kept and very spacious. I had the pleasure of working with the manager Tammy. She was a such a huge help during my move. She made the tiring experience of moving a lot easier. I would definitely recommend this location if you are in need of storage.
