Went to this store for the first time today and I wish I would have found it sooner. Great bunch of people that are focused on the customer experience!! Bought a new gun from a big box retailer and Phantom did not hesitate one bit to help with the scope install. The big box retailer that sold me the gun acted like they did not have the time to help with the scope install. My experience with Phantom made me wish I had known about them prior to buying, I would have definitely bought there before anywhere else!

Great people. Bought the 2500 Tatula reel awhile back, and the new 3000 came out. So I had to buy it, lol. Unfortunately, the drag broke somehow. I took it back, and they immediately exchanged it. Love the new reel and Denali rod setup. More bites more fish. I'll be going back

Everytime I go in the people are awesome... I take my daughter in there and they treat her the same as myself. Bought a baticaster today and the gentleman gave me a breakdown on how to use it as it's my first baitcaster.. highly recommend this place to any outdoorsman!!!

I ordered one phantom shirt for me and my wife a while back. I wanted something that had a hood on it for sun protection. Ever since those 2 shirts. I have ordered several. I just ordered a sweatshirt and I love it. Everything they have is great and fits good. They even took Time to call me. When they didn't have what I ordered. Very nice people.

Theses people are awesome on a whole new level. I was recently stationed in the area, and was looking to update my hunting attire. As I went to check out, I believe it was the manager or possibly partial owner asked whether I was active duty, and then proceeded to give me additional off. If you're stationed here, and love hunting and fishing, give these guys and girls your business.

If you live in the area and you are a freshwater fisherman then this is the store you need to go to. They got really nice stuff from rods and reels to baits and clothing. Great customer service and their crew is super nice.

Finally, I find a place that has live minnows! Most places that say live bait just have a fridge with a few cans of worms but this place has all the live bait and almost every other bit of tackle you could possibly need.

Good place to get soooo much stuff. Ask for the guy that color coordinates poles!

Amazing Place everything you want in apparel hunting and fishing great service always a good conversation and everyone knows your name and greet you when you walk in the door absolutely amazing place the very best place for fishing hunting and guns in the Lowcountry hands down and proud to wear the name Matt TJ Todd Erica and the girls up front and Mr Buddy know everything there is to know if you have any questions they can even get a hundred crickets in a brown paper bag LOL🤫🤣

Great company. On the website it showed they had a lure in stock, but I received an email from TJ later telling me they were actually out, but he would gladly send another of any color I would like. Customer service is top notch!

Very friendly atmosphere and very well stopped. They had a lot of things that I was not even expecting them to have for hunting and Fishing. A lot of outdoor clothing and shoes or boots.

Hands down the best tackle shop in Charleston and surrounding areas. I could spend a week in there and still have trouble picking out my tackle there's so much stuff in there. The staff is super friendly and eager to help. It's not just tackle they have a little bit of everything when it comes to outdoors and that includes ammunition. Don't take my word for it stop in for yourself!
