I had the pleasure of dealing with Christal.

I came in on a promotion that never sent the code (no fault of hers)

She took care of my photos.

She suggested the perfect back background for each shirt I brough in and the poses were spot on.

She is very personable. This is the type of person that should be working and assisting the public. I appreciate you and will be back.

Great deals on so much for the HAPPY 120th BIRTHDAY ! A ton of empty racks . Everything was neat and picked up! The tables for the most part were folded nice! The employees were not very friendly. I can say the only one who said a word to us four while there in just this store for two hrs 🤦‍♀ was one lady that helped us with the shoes! She was wonderful! So thank you for that! We appreciate it!

The lady in womens clothing was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not common in todays shopping experience.

Got a nice suit for my significant other for our wedding!

You know some times your glad to get a chance to do a review. The service was very good. No one bothered me but was fast to answer questions I had, and when checking out, the sales rep went out of the way to give me the best deal. Once I had the product at home, I realized how good the item I had purchased was. Bottom line, I will be back, and I hope you stay in business.

Nice place to go if you want professional pictures taken! The people are very welcoming, nice, and easy to work with! We had a blast taking my friends sweet 16 pictures!

The stars apply to the salon which was where I was at. Jennifer and Zillie were great. Spent time going through my options and made sure they had my notes updated from my stylist when I lived in Illinois. Really took their time and made sure I was happy. Thank you

Convenient parking, spacious store, wonderful selection, and helpful staff.

I did not intend to shop there. I was literally walking through when all the clearance shoes caught my eye. And then the clearance clothes. So one blouse, one dress, and one pair of great shoes later...
Solid customer service. My one complaint: no registers opened at the mall side.

Really enjoyed shopping in here. We no longer have one in my town so I have to go into one when I see one. They have all the deals I'm use to them having. My father and grandmother always shopped here so it is a family tradition. Name brand clothes, home decor, and shoes all the stuff I like to look at for sure. Oh and jewelry lol.

I needed a new dress shirt for an event this evening so I went in around 3pm today. They had some maintenance going on in the men’s department but the woman working that section, whose name I didn’t catch unfortunately, was the sweetest most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with in a retail setting. I hate shopping and she made my experience so easy and pleasant, I will return to this location for any future clothing purchases I may need.

My jewelry expert (Thelma) has helped me twice with my purchase of my necklaces and warranties both times I've been to the store she's courteous,friendly and a extremely good person JC Penny you couldn't have hire a more professional and friendly person @ your Hamilton Place store to greet and help your customers GOOD JOB.

My experience at the salon was very nice. The staff greeted me and were very warm and welcoming. The stylist was professional and friendly and my stylist Keke was great. She made me feel happy and safe during this pandemic. The shop was clean and comfortable. I was extremely happy with my hair and i will b back next time i am n Chatt.
