Oil Change Express #3

Greg and Terrel have taken care of my car with their wonderful service for the past seperate 3 times. Each time they have provided wonderful service by keeping me notified of the condition of my car. Whether it be concerns that I had before pulling up to their inspection store or issues that I may have not have noticed. They always communicate effectively where I can get the parts, which convenientlyis right next door to O'Rileys. They really care about customer satisfaction by answering any of my concerns about my vehicle before I drive off and making sure I drive in the best condition thanks to their service. They are 100% dedicated to providing the most best customer service, so much so that I always come to this location for my cars annual state inspection. Be on the look out for Terrell and Greg, they're the dynamic Duo I will always come down to this location for and recommend to others when experiencing any car troubles. Thanks you two!

Great place! I went there for an inspection the evening after Christmas and couldn't have been treated better - My neighbor recommended this place after I told him how lazy my usual inspection station is - the other place hangs their sign out in front to attract business but then don't want to take the time to do the stupid cheap $7 inspection.

I get it, the whole system of inspections is both an inconvenience to the citizens and also the businesses, and thankfully inspections are going away next year.

Bottom line, wish I would've caught the name of the gentleman that inspected my car tonight, would like to give him a shout out.

The tech were efficient in their line of work. Their job were done with precision as expected at places such as this vs your local car dealership. It was hot and I barely saw them using any fan. After working with mechanics over the years, I have respect for them working under different weather and mostly heat and I have respect for them and their line of work.

Terrell was awesome , quick efficient service and amazing customer service. Fixed an issue that I had for over a year in less than 5 mins . Will definitely be back next week to get my other vehicle serviced.

Went to Oil Change Express on 13610 Nacogdoches Road this morning to get an auto inspection done. Terrell Harris, the store manager, was very courteous and friendly. He ran me through all the inspection checks and thoroughly checked under the hood which many others do not. Enjoyed our conversations and I will return later for an oil change. Thank you much.

Terrell and Glen took care of my oil change! They were both great and I even got a free dozen cascarones for Easter! I will be going back in two months for my inspection!! Thanks guys for a great experience!!

Super Quick oil change in ans out in less than 10 minutes! Also The mechanics customer service skills were top notch, made me feel at home! They were straight to the point and like i said really fast!! I couldn't have had a better experience! Techs name was Tyrrell and I alls i gotta say is thank yall and I'm deffinetly comming back!

This was my first time to this business and I was not disappointed at all. The service by Terell and Greg was above and beyond. They answered all of my questions ms and helped me male sure I got back on the road safely. I was super grateful for them and their knowledge for what they do. Amazing and patient service! The guys were nice and efficient. After my oil change my car wouldn't start wasn't their fault. I was still in the stall and the car wouldn't go to neutral. These guys were nice and patient offered me water, tried jumping my car multiple times. They offered to call tow places for me. They were able to get the other customers through very quickly. I will be back to this place again.

My husband and I recently had an oil change done and came back for a follow up. I have an older truck with high mileage and was concerned about possible engine issues. The store manager, Emil Barberena, went above and beyond to make sure the oil change was appropriate and to see if my truck was running properly (topping off the level and checking the pressure). I appreciated the fact that he even took the time to show me the oil level on the dipstick. Emil also checked to make sure there were no further issues outside the oil change. It’s nice to see that a young person in this generation is very conscientious and thorough about quality work as well as having good manners. We had a great experience today! Emil and Huston represented this company very well! We will definitely be back and continue to do business with them.

Greg got me in and out for my inspection! I’ll be coming here for now on for everything else.

The guys there are so friendly! They took their time and explained everything. They were not at all pushy or upset at the fact I didn't take all their recommendations (however I did purchase the coolant flush with my oil change). In fact I was reminded that I can come in anytime for a fluid top off in between my oil changes! I will tell everyone I know this is the place to go and the prices are unbeatable! Customer Service, Quality and at an affordable price almost unheard of these days!

Stephen Johnson was phenomenal. He was really informative and the service was amazing. I’ve been to other oil change express locations and they never check my washer fluid or my tire pressure so I didn’t even know it was a service that came with my oil change. I’ll definitely come back to location #3!

Man I want to let y'all know about this awesome place!!! I just happened to see it and pulled over. Tilonnie Dirke the store manager was absolutely the best person I've dealt with at an automotive store in a long time. Instead of trying to poke my eyes or take me out he was VERY humble and respectful. He looked at my vehicle and helped answer all my questions patiently. Just mention Texas rap and recording artist ~CHOLA~ QUEEN OF THA TONE referred you and get your oil change, inspection, any many other services they have to offer at reasonable prices.

I got my oil changed last week. I hate I forgot to ask the technician's name but he was there by himself last Friday in the morning. He did a great job and was thorough. When he checked my two air filters he showed them to me and didn't push to replace the one that didn't need it.
Definitely going back next time!

Just got back from getting my oil changed with Rob and K and with everything that's been going on these days these guys were amazing ! I pulled right in and the service was great ! They made me feel comfortable right away.Got my oil changed ,a new air filter, and a inspection. They even vacuumed out my car and put air in my tires . They were very sweet funny and honest on all the work I need to get.I left feeling great and my truck sounds better with the oil change think they just stole me away from my usual spot.Thanks so much ! I recently took my mother and her car to this location for an oil change. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The service was done in a timely manner and I would recommend this location to anyone who needs maintenance done on their vehicle. Thank You guys great job.

I usually get my oil changes here but today I needed to replace a headlight. I wasn't sure if they provided that service which I found out that they don't. But none the less the manager who was also in the middle of having his lunch came out & happily replaced it for me. I will continue to get my oil changes here & would recommend this place to everyone!
