What a great staples! We were able to find all of our back to school supplies for our young ones in whatever color they wanted. The toilet paper with personality was amusing, definitely brightened our day up! Also was able to find a nice comfortsble office chair for our new office. It helps to be comfortable!!

Peter and Martin in the printing department were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, working with me for about a week on a non-standard project. This is a well run shop.

I didn't expect to be impressed by my shipping and printing errand, but here we are. I usually go to UPS or FedEx and they can be hit-or-miss so I had low expectations trying to knock this out 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close.

The woman in the print & ship department was friendly, helpful, and efficient getting my Happy Return processed. She directed me to the self-print as the cheapest option and I inwardly groaned because navigating the computers at the aforementioned companies requires patience - to log in, figure out how to upload a document, pay, and print. I am glad to say that Staples by far has the quickest and easiest option of the 3!

I can't speak to anything else in the store, but I wanted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience in case it helps others.

They have the cartridges for my printer.

This is a great store if you’re in need of office and/or school supplies. Everything I feel like is reasonably priced, and they also provide a wide range of services such as mailing and printing services.

Pierce from the printing department went above and beyond to help me with my grandmother's memorial cards. I had originally planned to print them two to a postcard and cut them myself, but Pierce called and offered to cut them and make sure they were nice and centered. This gesture meant so much and the cards turned out so beautiful. Thank you Pierce!

I would like to point out that I had absolutely no problem with the employee the other reviewer was ranting about. Adrian is one of the kindest and sweetest cashiers I have ever had the pleasure to meet and I APPLAUD Staples for hiring her. If you do a little digging, you’ll notice that both of those bad reviews were made by the same person on different accounts. Also, as a former retail manager, it’s doubtful that a cashier would be trained to do the copy center. I also think that it shows a strong lack of morals to out someone, and use their name, on two different accounts. I had a fantastic experience at this Boulder store.

It's not often you walk away from office works totally happy and satisfied! Jocelyn is amazing! She helps me every time and knows a lot! What's best is she's super fast, tech knowledge is sublime and always got a smile on her face. Very funny girl! No matter my mood, I walk out happy. Just wow! Go to this store to buy stationary!

This store is in a great location with plenty of parking! Store staff was helpful and kind while I worked at the self serve station. I probably would have stayed longer if there had been a chair. Thanks Staples of Boulder for helping me make my own marketing material 😊

Excellent place for school shopping

Peter and Nikkala were amazing. They went above and beyond getting me what I needed and got it from the Westminster store to Boulder for me. Incredible customer service and experience.

I couldn't find kleenex or paper towels or toilet paper anywhere except at Staples. People have bought the stores out because of this virus. Employees are very helpful and polite there and the store carries a lot of items I need on a given day. Great store.

A young woman named Nikkala (I think) saw me struggling, dragging my purchases to the counter, literally tripping over my cane. She ran up and grabbed my stuff and helped load it in my car. I don't think they're supposed to do that. But now this Staples is my favorite office supply store! Cheers!

I recently printed a scientific poster at this location. The initial version had a glitch (due to the printer not recognizing a mathematical symbol on the poster). Joshua was super in fixing this issue, allowing me log onto my google drive to remove the offending symbol. The problem was fixed promptly at no additional cost to me.

Dayna is amazing!!! Great customer service and extremely helpful. Will be shopping at Staples for all my office needs from now on. Give her a raise!

Quick and helpful, I needed to quickly print my resume and they were able to get me what I need fast and correct. Not a very busy location, but staff wasn't sitting around they helped me immediately when I walked in.
