Nordstrom Rack

We love TJ Maxx and Marshalls but should always first check local Nordstrom Rack. They carry better brands and quality stuff. Especially shoe section is large.

Charisse was so helpful! I also observed her working with other customers and staff. She was calm and helpful with all! I was in the store 3times that week and she was working each time and was as just as effective each time

Vladamire spent a generous amount of time looking for a shoe in my size. So incredibly happy I got the last pair of Nike shoes in this size and style. Definitely went above and beyond! I shop here regularly and never had an associate ask if I needed anything u till he did!

Caroline at Nordstrom Rack on 29th was so helpful, patient, and kind helping to solve an issue with my Nordstrom credit card. Although it took a few minutes she got it resolved, and we really appreciate it! She was incredibly sweet and her support was above and beyond regular customer service.

I love our local Nordstrom Rack. There is always a great selection of items. The staff are kind and helpful. My son is in between kids and adult sizes, and we always have great success finding clothes that fit him.

It's pretty dismal just like most "outlet" stores, but the people are super nice and the deals are unrivaled. A $650 jacket made by Theory for $330 for example. I have had to return something there and that process was easy-peasy.

I love this store in this area. There is a very good selection of dresses.

I have to say, the staff does an amazing job of keeping this place organized. I was pretty amazed. The sizes on all the recks were in the correct location and most of the racks are even organized by color. Really large selection in the clearance sections. Not a lot of collared shirt options for women, but otherwise, I found what I was looking for and the fitting room staff was wildly efficient and friendly.

Honestly had exactly what I needed, even things I didn't need. And surprisingly the world became a brighter and better place. And I am not just saying this. I went to six other shoe stores and Macy's had literally no shoes there that could fit and also meet my needs. In general. Most places do not carry a wide array of products and I am happy I went.

Fantastic sales, not so great lines. Find an express checkout. They have a good selection of size 13 shoes for women. I'm over 6 feet tall and the rack is the only place I go for shoes. This store looks small but is actually larger than most of the other ones I've been to. The lighting is lower but I had no issue with it.

I purchased a pair of hunter boots online about 6 months ago. I realised this was outside of the return window so I emailed hunter and Hunter said they would honor the return due to them being under warranty. I went to this store to return them and the manager was super helpful! They had to call some other people to process the return since it was so long but they were pleasant and helpful! I will definitely take my business here

I was in a rush to get to a wedding and they squeezed me in to alter my pants. It was a crazy day and I'm very thankful to this store for making things happen. Great selection too!

Great store for name brand and other necessities at discount prices. The staff is very nice and helpful. Its easy to try on lots of different options and get out relatively quickly even when very busy.

I'm was only in town for the weekend and was in desperate need of some kind of snow ready shoes that didn't cost $100. I live in the desert so I will have no need for these shoes at home. Nordstrom Rack had an entire wall of size 6 1/2 women's shoes. I was thrilled to find these Columbia waterproof boots for $40, guaranteed to keep your feet warm in up to -25 degree weather. I love Nordstrom Rack!
